[Resolved]  Thrillophilia — Risked lives of 41 people

The company promised a group of not more than 15 people and accomodate 41 people altogether with only one trip leader .
As it was a bike trip so there should be one mechanic, one leader and one backup vehicle for 15 people maximum but thrillophilia put 41 people altogether in a single group to reduce their expenses of 2 leaders, drivers and mechanic.
we have to wait for every single person to get ready which leads to delay in reaching every place.
Parth from thrillophilia forget to generate e pass for us and for that we have to stay in a traveller for more than 7 hours in heavy rain at himachal pradeash border .
we paid Rs. 5000/- for the epass as jugaad to get away from there and Harshita from thrillophilia promised to reimburse us that amount which we havent recieved it yet even the trip has ended now.
they promised us rooms on dual sharing basis but after reaching the camps we were given only 2 rooms at some places where we 4 people have to stay in a single room .
they made fake promises every time and stop recieving the calls once they recieve the payment.
worst fraud company i ever booked
i will legally file a complaint agaisnt them very soon.
