Leh ladakh trip rescheduling

Thrillophilia promised me to reschedule my leh ladakh trip which got cancelled due to cover situation. It was first planned in front
26 may 2020 to 31st may 2020.
Due to covid it was rescheduled to 1st june 2021. But even the situation was not settled so company gave us option to reschedule it in 2022 . We received the mail regarding same on 28 may 2021.
Now I have sent the mail for confirmation of our tour from 31st may 2022 to 5th june 2022 but I have not received any response from company.
I have already paid the 100% amount of flights and almost 3/4 th of stay charges.
So we want the confirmation or refund of my money

Due to covid it was rescheduled to 1st june 2021. But even the situation was not settled so company gave us option to reschedule it in 2022 . We received the mail regarding same on 28 may 2021.
Now I have sent the mail for confirmation of our tour from 31st may 2022 to 5th june 2022 but I have not received any response from company.
I have already paid the 100% amount of flights and almost 3/4 th of stay charges.
So we want the confirmation or refund of my money

Urgent Attention/ Help Required - PNR BKDISQR9UQO
This is out of agony I’m reaching out to you all so as to bring to your notice the empathy we as your clients going through while dealing with your company.
To let you’ll know the background, we a group of 11 people (3 families) from Mumbai booked the package to Ladakh through your Sales Agent Jaideep Singh Khangarot. Initially he promised us for the discounted flight tickets & told us to transfer the amount of the tickets which we did immediately & informed him about which flight we would want to book. We made the payment on 8th Aug & had to keep following up until 11th Aug for the flight tickets. To our surprise, the flights were not what we told him to book & later when we asked him, initially he told us this is done for your convenience etc. but later revealed that those flights which we choose became expensive & hence he opted for other flights even without informing or taking our consent on the changed flight timings.
Now on the land package, since 7th Aug when we made the part payment until today i.e. 30th Aug, we have been following up with him for names of Hotels where we would be staying. No proper reply, no commitment from him. Many a times, he doesn’t even take out calls nor reply to our messages. We requested him for certain hotels as preference but to our surprise again, when today he sent us the list of hotels none are from our selected hotels.
We are really in ‘stuck in a bad deal’ sort of a situation & seeking your attention so that this trip of our can become memorable one rather than a nightmare.

No Itinerary Received on Hotel booking
Hey,
Yesterday I booked a room in Hotel Mount Regency, Mount Abu for check in date 29 Aug 21 to 1 Sep 21 from thrillophilia website but I didn't received any itinerary yet.
Nor there was any confirmation from the hotel.
Please assist me in this regard.

I'm not surprised as the same happened with me. These guys are unreliable. My Leh, Ladhak, holiday royally ruined thanks to Thrillo. Their package includes - 1) Overpriced accommodations/ trips (book directly), 2) non responsive operations team (they will make u beg for basics and switch off their phones), insensitive leadership (they don't care after you have paid up), poorly organised holidays. I strongly recommend you stay away from these guys.. If you need evidence for my feedback do contact me. (Genuine customer who faced hellish nightmares with these guys)

They ruined ky ladakh trip as well... i had booked in april month for 28th to 9th oct... they cancelled it 4 days prior to my trip... worst management, worst company

Respected Sir/Madam,
I had booked a ticket for foreign tour activity from Thrillophilia on 07.02.2020. This Tour activity was on 16.06.2020. For which the said company had taken the full amount of Rs. 3799 through online system on 07.02.2020.
But after this, due to the lockdown of Covid-19 all over the world and the closure of foreign flights, Thrillophilia cancelled my ticket on dated 02.05.2020 & did not return all my money...
I had booked a ticket for foreign tour activity from Thrillophilia on 07.02.2020. This Tour activity was on 16.06.2020. For which the said company had taken the full amount of Rs. 3799 through online system on 07.02.2020.
But after this, due to the lockdown of Covid-19 all over the world and the closure of foreign flights, Thrillophilia cancelled my ticket on dated 02.05.2020 & did not return all my money...

Travel agent from srinagar blames the driver and thrillophilia
Today The Sri nagar travel agent called me. Instead if Compromising, he started talking about the Kashmir rules. One thing he had forgotten is, article 370 is dead. He says we drop you in Srinagar, Sonamarg, pahalgm and gulmarg .It is your duty to hire another vehicle and travel to see the place. Then how his vehicle took us for Rs.1200/-- for local sight seeing of 5 kms.
The complete conversation was recorded, luckily today I was in Law Association at 1240 hrs where the entire advocates of Kanyakumari district was there. The discussions were put on loud speaker when the agent in Srinagar tried to escape of his faults.

Regarding my complaint
Thrillophillia, contacted me . I explained the negativity on their part. The reply received on call, States that, we will enquire the issue.
Till last day of tour the vendor said Iam not updated. ( Audio recording available). The driver is is cheater. Money motive. In pahalgham we have seen Nothing, even we are ready to pay.
As a Trip Advisor my commends are pending.
As an advocate my legal proceedings are pending.
This should not happen to any one, Indian, or foreigner.
All the drivers are cheaters for money.
No control over them by the agents. Agents want to earn money.( the drivers comment, ).
Kindly please avoid " THRILLOPHILLIA " for any tour booking. It seems all are one.

From 13/07/2021 to 17/07 i travelled a booking for Srinagar package .
Itinery shows Boat house stay..
No boat hour house stay but stayed in a lodge. Shikkara ride refused by the vendor. After longggggggg argument he allowed for thirty minutes. Regarding Gondala ride. .. The vendor refused ..I paid 3000/- and went.. The driver is money motive.. In Dolang
I paid a huge amound . In gukmsrg the driver took 1200 ruppes for sight seeing . Your tour plan is only earning. Your vendor is very clear cheating that " I am not up dated by Thrillophillia".
Iam going to upload all my audio recordings in social media if you are not repaying 15000/-- for you lapses within 48 hours. I am approaching consumer court for the lapses .

The company promised a group of not more than 15 people and accomodate 41 people altogether with only one trip leader .
As it was a bike trip so there should be one mechanic, one leader and one backup vehicle for 15 people maximum but thrillophilia put 41 people altogether in a single group to reduce their expenses of 2 leaders, drivers and mechanic.
we have to wait for every single person to get ready which leads to delay in...

From yesterday I am following up for refund request which I have not yet recieved...ur operator has told they cannot organise the trip..there is no problem from my end...but till now I have not recieved my money

Booked for Dayara bugyal trip suppose to leave 7am on 24 jan2021.
waited hours to leave just because of some one else stupidity. We were group of 5 to dayara bugyal. I mean comeon is there anything called time shedeule just to save few bucks you waited us for hours. Thrillophilia not happening again you lost group of five.

2 packages for Machan resort 1N/2D to lonavala
Booking Rejected by Vendor
Very disappointed with Thrillophilia. Not at all an expected service. We booked 2 packages with them that was available on their site for 1N/2D to lonavala. We did the payment. But Thrillophilia refused to provide us the resort booking against that booking. They gave us useless reasons that rates provided on website were not updated. At the end they said the resort has rejected the booking due to unavoidable circumstances. Not expected service. A complete mis on their part of commitment. Unexpected from a service providing site.

refund of money due to corona issue

I have asked the company to cancel my booking and help me with refund in mode of payment due to corona virus threat in india. Our pm also asked us to stay home and not to travel however this company is not helping me since a week. They are giving me the same resolution. How you expect a person to travel when there is a complete shut down in their city. They should be taken this into consideration

I Digvijay Rathore booked a camping event for my group of 50 people, sold to me by Thrillophillia THRILLOPHILIA ADVENTURE TOURS PRIVATE LIMITED
Dispute amount : 59, 573.00/-
Transaction Date : 26th Dec 2019
Camping Booked for : 28Dec 2019
The Camping event group booking for 50 people was booked by me by making an online payment of INR 59, 573.00 on December 26, 2019; 13:11:24. to Thrillophilia.
Same day within couple of hours Thrillophelia Customer care called me and said the destination i booked is not available.
Destination : Igatpuri lakeside camping, Maruti Wadi, Mokhada, District Thane.Pincode 401604
The customercare insisted that the only option I have is to go to other location BhandarDhara Camping in District Ahmednagar, Maharashtra Pin code 414001
This suggested location is 66.7km away from the location I have chosen. and also does not have watersports and other activities. So I denied taking the other location.
The Customer care got rude and clearly stated that they will not refund the money I paid if I dont go to other location.
This is clear case of Financial fraud committed by misrepresentation.

worst tour services provided by thrillophilia and active adventure india operator

I had gone for a 7 days trip to leh with my cousins. Both the experiences were unforgettable - leh's scenic beauty and thrillophilia's/operator's false promises. Following issues where faced in my entire trip -
1. Leh room booking issue - i had booked 3 rooms for 5 o[censored]s which was confirmed on mail as well by thrillophilia. On reaching at leh i was told by hotel owner that i have just 2 rooms booked. After calling the operator and re confirming i was told that there are 3 rooms booked and he conveyed the same to hotel manager (Rahul) from on ladakh.
2. Oxygen cylinder issue - we already knew that there would be breathing issues while going to nubra-pangong. So we thought to arrange for oxygen cylinder. We communicated to hotel manager about this and he said that there are different variants of oxygen bottle available at different costs. A night before we did this enquiry with the manager and where in panic mode as to how will we arrange oxygen bottle as we had to leave the next morning to nubra. We were not told by operator that from where we will get oxygen bottle, who will arrange etc. So we called the operator enquiring about the same. Angchok from active adventure india tour informed us that he will give the oxygen bottle to driver in morning. So we were never informed by thrillophilia or operator that they would be providing with the oxygen bottle. After we called and enquired to the operator he informed us that we would get the same.
3. No ground level contact for tour - before starting the leh tour, neither anyone from thrillophilia or from operator side met us to explain us about the precautions to be taken, tour details etc. We were told by the both of them that they had come to meet us on first day, but as we were taking rest so they did not meet us. Well if they had come in, that atleast we would have got some message from hotel manager about their visit. But we never got any such message from him. After i complained to angchok (Operator) and pradeep (Thrillophilia poc) on call, i was conveyed by them that they had come but i was unavailable.
4. Room bookings at pangong lake - while reaching at pangong lake, we reached at the exact location which the driver thought was our stay for the night. On reaching, the manager at pangong blue lake cottage checked the voucher which the driver shared with the cottage manager. The voucher had my name 'rikinkumar shah' printed but the name of stay mentioned was not full. It was mentioned as 'blue lake' and nothing else. The manager said that this is not the correct name so our bookings are not over here. We than went on searching for any other stay with the same name. This took us around 45 mins to 1 hr. We were already on high altitude and getting breathing issues.in mid of this we were searching for the place of our stay. We came back to blue lake cottage and convinced the manager about our bookings. After too much requesting he finally allowed us to stay.
5. Sight scene for secmol @leh - we had our visit planned for secmol for 6th july. Being saturday it was closed. When we asked the operator whether he knew about this or not, so he said he is not aware which all days the school is closed. As they keep the school closed on any day. We enquired about this and got to know that the school remains closed on sat and sun. It seems the operator or thrillophilia never new about this. Probably they were conducting such visit for the first time i guess. Under exclusions of itenary it is not mentioned that in case of holidays too operator cant do anything. It was supposed to be their responsibility to re plan and adjust this spot accordingly.
Finally after the trip, thrillophilia person pradeep from leh mentioned that he will complain about the operator which he said has done verbally. Not sure how will that help and he has really done it or no. I paid the whole amount before starting my trip, so i did not expect such issues to happen. It seems there was no planning at all from thrillophilia or operator and they were behaving like amatuers. Probably the testimonial too are like fake or paid by thrillophilia to the customers to get good reviews on their page.
Worst and pathetic tour ever taken by any operator.
Not at all recommended by any person for this kind of services.
Let me know what compensation you can give me for this.

shared wrong itinerary | whole trip was fake

Hi,
Thrillophilia's destination expert himalayan trek named devashish shared each and every detail in wrong manner and arrangement. I want quick action on this. Now he is not receiving my call neither replying me on my mails.
Thrillophilia's itinerary was total fake and just to attract trekkers nothing else.
Everything was totally different from their itinerary and read carefully below, how let me explain:
Day 1
From dehradun to sankri
As per discussion they said we (Me and my partner) will accompany my trek mates no one else. Means 7 trekkers total (Including us) in sumo or any other vehicle but from the day one we faced challenges regards to your itinerary. When we reached dehradun station, we got to know that there were total 11 people we have to travel with + 1 driver in tempo traveller. They were going to kedarkantha trek. One of the lady from that trek was very irritating and all was pissed off from her.
As per my discussion they said we have to stay in lodges, home stay, tents, etc but you didn't mentioned that first day we have to accompany them (Other trekkers - kedarkantha trek group). First we was pissed off due to the 10 - 11 hours journey with that lady then second my partner stayed with her under one roof. We managed somehow but the next day, your itinerary again pissed us.
Day 2
As per their quotation we have to travel till osla and stay there. But the company you tied up with there itinerary was totally different. We started the trek as per the itinerary sent by you but the stay was 2 km prior to the location mentioned osla. That place named is gangarh. Your itinerary again pissed us off.
Then 3rd day as per their itinerary we have to stay in "har ki dun", right:

Day 3
We stayed in 2 kms prior to har ki dun. What was the point of going har ki dun if we didn't stay there. Pissed off again.
Then again as per expected that we will gonna pissed of again, we was ready.
Day 4
They said we will go next day to har ki dun and will come back. Jaundhar glacier is not possible.
What the hell was going on, in this trek.
I said trek leader i am not here to be fooled by you guys or thrillophilia. I started my trek to har ki dun and continued it till jaundhar glacier. But just due to we didn't stay in har ki dun, i reached har ki dun late and from har ki dun to jaundhar was not possible, i have to return from the middle of the trek. I was tried and hungry both as now i have to go back to my base camp first crossing har ki dun then 2 kms more just because your management is zero.
Day 5
As this was not over your whole itinerary is different, full of lies and fake.
We again have to stay in osla while coming back, as per your itinerary but hell no again.
We stayed in wooden house in gangarh by paying 500 per room. When you already mentioned that the stay is included either tent, home stay, lodges anything then why did we get charged 500 per room.
Third party was involved named "renok adventures", here is the difference between thrillophilia's itinerary and renok's itinerary:

After all this harassment i want my refund, full refund which i paid to thrillophilia including 500 i paid for wooden house.
I will put the same under consideration of consumer court as i have all the proves. That was heights of harassment and torturing someone in indirect way.
Neither i received any cashback of 1500 rupees per person as mentioned in the mail.
As this frustration and harassment broke my imagination of small pieces of joining thrillophilia and meeting new people. This was my first experience with thrillophilia and just due to this miscommunication of you guys and forwarding wrong itinerary, you wasted my 7 precious days + my energy and my money.
I want full refund in my bank account.
Total amount you have to refund me is 21630 for 2 people + 734 additional i paid as you did mistake in payment mode while sending the link + 500 i paid for stay in wooden house + 1500 cash back per person (1500*2-=3000)
So 21630+734+500+3000 = 25864 rupees. I want this amount in my account not thrillophilia credit.
I want quick action on this matter.

Thrillophilia's destination expert himalayan trek named devashish shared each and every detail in wrong manner and arrangement. I want quick action on this. Now he is not receiving my call neither replying me on my mails.
Thrillophilia's itinerary was total fake and just to attract trekkers nothing else.
Everything was totally different from their itinerary and read carefully below, how let me explain:
Day 1
From dehradun to sankri
As per discussion they said we (Me and my partner) will accompany my trek mates no one else. Means 7 trekkers total (Including us) in sumo or any other vehicle but from the day one we faced challenges regards to your itinerary. When we reached dehradun station, we got to know that there were total 11 people we have to travel with + 1 driver in tempo traveller. They were going to kedarkantha trek. One of the lady from that trek was very irritating and all was pissed off from her.
As per my discussion they said we have to stay in lodges, home stay, tents, etc but you didn't mentioned that first day we have to accompany them (Other trekkers - kedarkantha trek group). First we was pissed off due to the 10 - 11 hours journey with that lady then second my partner stayed with her under one roof. We managed somehow but the next day, your itinerary again pissed us.
Day 2
As per their quotation we have to travel till osla and stay there. But the company you tied up with there itinerary was totally different. We started the trek as per the itinerary sent by you but the stay was 2 km prior to the location mentioned osla. That place named is gangarh. Your itinerary again pissed us off.
Then 3rd day as per their itinerary we have to stay in "har ki dun", right:

Day 3
We stayed in 2 kms prior to har ki dun. What was the point of going har ki dun if we didn't stay there. Pissed off again.
Then again as per expected that we will gonna pissed of again, we was ready.
Day 4
They said we will go next day to har ki dun and will come back. Jaundhar glacier is not possible.
What the hell was going on, in this trek.
I said trek leader i am not here to be fooled by you guys or thrillophilia. I started my trek to har ki dun and continued it till jaundhar glacier. But just due to we didn't stay in har ki dun, i reached har ki dun late and from har ki dun to jaundhar was not possible, i have to return from the middle of the trek. I was tried and hungry both as now i have to go back to my base camp first crossing har ki dun then 2 kms more just because your management is zero.
Day 5
As this was not over your whole itinerary is different, full of lies and fake.
We again have to stay in osla while coming back, as per your itinerary but hell no again.
We stayed in wooden house in gangarh by paying 500 per room. When you already mentioned that the stay is included either tent, home stay, lodges anything then why did we get charged 500 per room.
Third party was involved named "renok adventures", here is the difference between thrillophilia's itinerary and renok's itinerary:

Complaint marked as Resolved They refunded me back 2k in my account + 2k in Thrillophilia wallet as harassment compensation.

This is a complaint to register Thrillophilia's profiteering from a natural disaster situation in Bali and not providing services charged for.
Before booking our trip with you, we were told that if the volcano erupts we would get a refund. The volcano did erupt in Bali before our travel from 6th-13th Dec.
The agency refused to refund and gave us the following options: 25% extra if we reschedule and 45% refund if we cancel. These extra charges were not demanded by operators on the ground and were just money making tactics of the agency.
Considering the options we decided to go ahead with the travel. Upon reaching there, we checked with both our hotel managements and as well as the on-ground service provider. Each of whom confirmed that they were giving a free reschedule unless changed to peak season dates, which we never intended to do.
So first and biggest grievance is that the company instead of being helpful in a natural calamity situation wanted to profit from us through 25% extra charge.
Second, despite confirming on mail about wanting to stay in Ubud first and then in Seminyak, on the last day the agent told us that wouldn't be possible. This was informed to him in written well before making the booking confirmation and yet he refused to follow it. After reaching Ubud we wanted to overstay a day there but we weren't left with that option.
Third, on phone it was confirmed that we would have the car and driver even on days when there was no itinerary but the day before travel refused to do so. When we requested they agreed but didn't inform the ground support so we didn't have the car when we needed it. We had to use local cabs on several occasions despite paying for it in the package.
Fourth, the ground staff booked wasn't paid till we reached there. We were told that we wouldn't get the services if they didn't receive the money till the next day. This is after making full payment one month in advance. The ground staff was very inflexible. We fell ill on 2 days but they refused to switch the itinerary and any small changes suggested were unacceptable.
