I sent a thyroid and hba1c sample on 18/5/2020 but still now i didn't
Receive my reports patient needs the report urgently no proper response
In coimbatore thyrocare centre, if this kind of delay happens how can we continue to send samples and how will the patients will consult the doctors
In the appointment time so kindly verify the problem and release the reports

This is regarding order id 8e8641. We had requested for 4 reports. Two of test's reports (Widal and urine analysis) were paid offline. However, widal test report is not received yet. I have been calling customer care since morning and the only reply i am getting is they are unable to contact their technician. What a sorry state of affairs for a company which is well known to be providing best services to their customers. Thyrocare has cheated us and have taken money without sharing reports. We need this report urgently to share with physician. I request to to please share this issue with their team.

I am a regular customer of your team. Blood sample was collected on 15.12.2019. It was told me that on 16.12.19 up to evening i can get my test report.

I asked for report to mr. Rajnish his mobile no. Is [protected] for report

I have told him at starting that i am vriender kumar from gurgaon and asked for report he said which report. Then i told him three time my name.

But his behaviour was totally rough and quite for third grade. He was just abusing me so badly that i can not explain

I do not understand, how can such a person talk to his customer. He is just a bloody junglee man. He should not be at that place to deal with a customer. Please take the appropriate action and let me know what kind of action you taken

This is not acceptable.

I had booked an appointment for reports and blood sample to be picked up from my house. There was a unauthorized and wrong person coming to my house to take the blood sample by saying he is from thyrocare which thyrocare has approved of. He did not collect blood sample in a legitimate manner and keeping hygiene in place. I had already complained thyrocare the same day with complain id 20101916 but no response though already spoke to sapna pawar who was to get back to me in 24hrs but it's already been almost 10 days now but no call or response at all received.

Non hygienic staff - most of the staff who come to collect sample have dirty nails and hands and they also don’t follow the guidelines of wearing the disposable gloves and putting band-aid after sample collection. The patient has to ask to do all the things needed to maintain hygiene else they do in their own unhygienic manner.

Cheat - i had referred my colleague and they did’t share the referral bonus. As there was an issue on thyrocare’s platform they had asked my referral to make booking via call and still the bonus would be valid. They made my referral make the booking without giving me the bonus and despite my multiple followups they have been not addressing the same.

I have made payment for my order, but because of their # system my payment didn't uploaded to their system but got transfered to their account. Reference id:[protected]
I contacted lower admin to upper admin, but all of them ignored my request, i lost my 5k to these guys, they even took my mothers blood and wasted it, as they didn't issue an order to test that blood sample.

We are olc not ur company franchise and we have already our own testing centers only we ll send samples which we cannot run in our lab now a days thyrocare harassing and unnecessary giving target about leggis and sugar so no one ready to become leggy and there is quality issue server issue not in time reporting wrong reports due to your server froblam we have to pay penalty unnessery debits and handling charges corier charges giving third class quality vails and all anyhow we sending minimum 50000rs business per month i think its enough from one olc. I[censored] continue the same thing ll stop sending sample and not only from our lab all over labs we have all ready mld (Medical diagnostic lab assosition) in our city and one more thing other company are like general diagnostic, they are also ready to give same service and rates and in our city and also new companys are started hi tech diagnostics and they are giving very best b2b rates hope u people understood.

It appears there is a thyrocare third party franchisee run by mr. Alok mehta from mumbai, probably turbe. Employees keep calling for business to me every 10 days which is a disturbance to me. During one such call i agreed for blood test hba1c and lipid profile sample for which was to be collected today.

The technician who came was unkempt, long finger nails. And did not know what test samples to take. I got in touch with the lady anjali who had called me earlier and told her i am not sure if i am giving blood sample to the correct co. Or not. She satisfied me that the person is correct. So i proceeded to give the sample.

On payment i was told to pay 1300 by technician. Where as it was supposed to be only rs. 800.00 on calling anjali's no again +91 [protected] somebody called srivastava picked up the phone and started talking rudely. He cursed me and said that i will die. He used dirty hindi expletives.

I am not sure if i should continue using services of this company and if i should warm my social circle about how thyrocare behaves.

I, dr. P. Poornima, an oral pathologist (Mds). I have given sample at thyrocare diagnostic center on 25th august for some tests under aarogyam b scheme which costs rupees 599. Along with my sample i have given the urine sample of my daughter, c. Jaswitha reddy for complete urine analysis which costs rupees 300.
They told me both the reports will come by 26th august. I have received the report of my daughter on 26th through whatsapp. After few hours i have received call from thyrocare call center about the feedback and queries. Then i inquired about my report. They told me there is no such sample or report on my name. I was shocked and immediately called the local thyrocare lab people. They told they will call me back, but i didn't receive any call.
On 27th august evening around 5:30 pm, my husband went to the lab and asked them my report. They have checked and told him that the barcode which was written under my name showed the report which was against a patient named m. S. Raju who have given the sample next to me. At that moment, my husband saw various values in the report of m. S. Raju. Being a oral surgeon, he has a sound knowledge about each and every value.
They told my husband they will check and call back. Again they were just silent. After repeated calls, atlast we received my report today i. E., 28th august at around 9:20 pm. We astonished after going through my report. The values of mine were same as the m. S. Raju (Person who has given sample next to me.)
We immediately call the lab and they told they inquired at headquarters and the report against my barcode is opening now. We asked them how mine and the next patient values are same. They recklessly replied that is our mindset which is responsible for all the choas they made.
And i would like to bring to your notice that i and my daughter have given sample at 7:40 am which was mentioned in my daughter's report. But in my report it was mentioned that my sample was given at 9:00 am. How could it be possible and it clearly shows their irresponsibility towards the patients.

Being a doctor and responsible person i decided i should not keep quiet. It is not a big deal for us to give the sample once again or at the other diagnostic center. But this shouldn't happen again with anyone who are unaware of these type of situations and who blindly believe the values of a report which are not theirs. If this happens then no need to waste so many testtubes, so many solutions. Same values for each and every patient. So you people will get more money.
I demand you the justice for my sample, my patience, and our self respect

I have got tests done from thyrocare vide order no. 224246 and pshbzf06 dated 24.6.19. The executives attending mobile number [protected] charged rs 75.00 for sending hard copy of both the reports. However, i have not received the hard copy of report for pshbzf06. On taking up the matter, she tells me she has raised the complaint and hard copy of the reports shall reach in 3 days. Now it is more than 5 days and i have not received the hard copy of the reports. When i call on mobile number, [protected], she does not pick up my mobile. Please arrange to send the hard copy of the report immediately.

On 5th october 2018 and 28th june 2019 i went through thyrocare atg and ama test. Both reports are using different reference which is wrong. If you see below reference range they are simply playing with people life with sending wrong report data. The report results are as below :

Atg value is 0.1 in june'19 report and reference range is negative : < 4 and positive : > 4
Atg value is 9
Ama value is 44 in oct'18...

ನಾನು ಏರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ ಅವರು 6 ರಿಂದ 7 sample ಕಳಿಸ್ತೀನಿ ಅಂತ ಹೇಳಿದ್ರು ಆದರೆ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ಕೂಡ ಬರುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಆದಕಾರಣ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನಕ್ಕೆ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಕೆಲಸ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಅವರು ನನಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಅಮೌಂಟು 1000 ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೆ ಅದನ್ನು ವಾಪಸು ಕೊಡಲು ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳಿಂದ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಆದರೂ ಎಚ್ಆರ್ ನನಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ರೆಸ್ಪಾನ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಏನೇ ಕೇಳಿದರು ಟು ಡೇಸ್ ಒನ್ ಮಂತ್ ತ್ರೀ ಡೇಸ್ ಇತರ ಹೇಳಿ ಹೇಳಿ ನನ್ನ ವಾಟ್ಸಪ್ ನಂಬರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಕೇಳಿದರೆ ಕೊಡಲ್ಲ ಹೋಗುವಂತ ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಹಣವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಕೊಡಿ.

One of my patient was at one of your collection centers situated in bhopal, and that time she was told at the time of collecting blood sample for thyroid profile that charge of thyroid profile is 150 for dr vijayvargiya and for you it's 300 as you come with some other doctor's prescription

Requested thyrocare multiple time to share original invoice for tax benefit in office. But the staff is not helpful and denied everytime. I don't understand what is the problem in giving original invoice. I think this should be taken seriously by thyrocare as consumers are facing problems.

If this is the policy then you should inform customers in advance.

For visa purpose, i had sought std panel test reports (Gonorrhea, chlamydia igm & igg, hiv 1 & 2, hep b, hep c, herpes igg and igm) for myself and my spouse. I had contacted thyrocare agent pradeep behera (Who runs the agency in the name of pinky behera, ac679). I was confirmed that all of these tests will be done and reports will be sent to me only. While the reports came to me via email, i noticed that the reports (Which are supposed to be confidential) are also sent to the service provider (Dr. [protected]@gmail.com). When i sought justification on the reason for sharing my confidential medical reports to 3rd party without my written consent through their grievance cell, they declined to resolve the issue and blocked my registered email id with them. Because of this my std status has become public and might get misused by anyone. Moreover, pradeep behera confirmed me that with inr 3500/- all the required tests (Gonorrhea, chlamydia igm & igg, hiv 1 & 2, hep b, hep c, herpes igg and igm) will be done. But they did not carry out gonorrhea and now declining to refund my money.

I had given testing for thyroid profile on 07/01 as a pick by thyrocare personnel.

The report which came later to me was very high increase in tsh levels of 13.56 as i never exceeded 5 for the past 2 years to double check went to a prominent lab and my tsh levels which read as 5.69. So much difference based in thyrocare report i was supposed to increase my dosage. Good i double checked with a professional lab.

I think thyrocare company is playing with the lives of ordinary citizens and making them at risk of losing their lives.

Highly disappoint with ur services. Why you people are giving false appointments. This is my 3 ed appointment for blood collection from belgaum. If you are not going to give services close the doar and keep quite. Customer care is third class executive are giving appointment without knowing avaibility. Shame on ur services. Hopeless. Team waisted my e days for only collection of sample.in future i can't approach you not going to refer you.

Test result of test done by thyrocare showed tsh as 15 and then 2 days later the same test was performed by 2 other labs and showed 6. This false result has caused us serious emotional distress and we would like our money... 1000 rs back as soon as possible. If this money is not returned, we will be forced to take further legal action.

Yeah.. We though thyrocare and have been wrongly thinking thyroid ever since. You are thieves.

I have done ferritin testing from thyrocare as i was deficient in iron. My report showed ferritin value of 103.5.. To my surprise it was normal and also positive... But still felt very weak... And then checked from another lab... Got seriously shocking results... Value was 22... How can there be a difference of around 80 points... Thyrocare results are very fake and govt should ban this company as they are playing with the patients health...
