Requested thyrocare multiple time to share original invoice for tax benefit in office. But the staff is not helpful and denied everytime. I don't understand what is the problem in giving original invoice. I think this should be taken seriously by thyrocare as consumers are facing problems.

For visa purpose, i had sought std panel test reports (Gonorrhea, chlamydia igm & igg, hiv 1 & 2, hep b, hep c, herpes igg and igm) for myself and my spouse. I had contacted thyrocare agent pradeep behera (Who runs the agency in the name of pinky behera, ac679). I was confirmed that all of these tests will be done and reports will be sent to me only. While the reports came to me via email, i noticed that the reports (Which are supposed to be confidential) are also sent to the service provider (Dr. [protected]@gmail.com). When i sought justification on the reason for sharing my confidential medical reports to 3rd party without my written consent through their grievance cell, they declined to resolve the issue and blocked my registered email id with them. Because of this my std status has become public and might get misused by anyone. Moreover, pradeep behera confirmed me that with inr 3500/- all the required tests (Gonorrhea, chlamydia igm & igg, hiv 1 & 2, hep b, hep c, herpes igg and igm) will be done. But they did not carry out gonorrhea and now declining to refund my money.

I had given testing for thyroid profile on 07/01 as a pick by thyrocare personnel.

The report which came later to me was very high increase in tsh levels of 13.56 as i never exceeded 5 for the past 2 years to double check went to a prominent lab and my tsh levels which read as 5.69. So much difference based in thyrocare report i was supposed to increase my dosage. Good i double checked with a professional lab.

I think thyrocare company is playing with the lives of ordinary citizens and making them at risk of losing their lives.

Highly disappoint with ur services. Why you people are giving false appointments. This is my 3 ed appointment for blood collection from belgaum. If you are not going to give services close the doar and keep quite. Customer care is third class executive are giving appointment without knowing avaibility. Shame on ur services. Hopeless. Team waisted my e days for only collection of sample.in future i can't approach you not going to refer you.

Test result of test done by thyrocare showed tsh as 15 and then 2 days later the same test was performed by 2 other labs and showed 6. This false result has caused us serious emotional distress and we would like our money... 1000 rs back as soon as possible. If this money is not returned, we will be forced to take further legal action.

Yeah.. We though thyrocare and have been wrongly thinking thyroid ever since. You are thieves.

On dated 24.10.2018 at your authorized centre family clinics at minal colony bhopal mp for urine examination of my wife smt vimla patidar, result communicated by clinics 25.10.2018. It is reported
The test result ketone contains shown (+). I was worried to see presence of ketone in urine without any sign. Continue, i consult md, dm nephrology in this regard. I got same with required few test as suggested by dr from lal lab in report of no ketone seen urine.
Please clear now. What i have do in this regard.

Today i. E on 18 oct 2018, mr prashant vishwakarma lab technician has come for blood sample collection of three family members at my place at 0635 hrs.
His hands were dirty, when asked to use gloves he said if i use gloves i will not be finding the veins and due to which i will have to puncture your veins at four places, will it be right for you?
Secondly while opening the third blood sample collection kit we found there was no hand gloves and alcohol swab in the bag.
We got suspicious and when he left we have gone through the instruction card provided in the kit that clearly says that you have to unseal the flashback needle only after showing the patient. But he did not do it. This is highly objectionable practice. Please take action. I am mentally disturbed after this incident what if he has used a already used hiv patient flashback needle.

We are three friends and provided the samples to thyrocare and provided the samples in two other international labs as well. As per the reports of thyrocare we have thyroid and vitamin d deficiency, vitamin b12 deficiency and so many other deficiency values. As per the reports of other two labs there are no such issues. The reports of other two labs are matching and are completely different from thyrocare reports. We want to proceed legally on the same by submitting the reports of all the labs.

I am Ravinder kaur (40/f) from Delhi, On 25 june 2018 i got a metabolic profile A, Fbs, Pth done from thyrocare for 3250 Rs...when i got the report my phosphorus levels were very alarming at 13.7 mg/dl (range 2.4 - 5.1 mg/dl) thyrocare saying Arthritis...when i showed it to an orthopedic, he asked me to get it checked again as he doubted the report.When i called thyrocare, no1 from the lab got in touch with me till 2 days, i had to keep calling them myself...as if they dont give a damn..i got the test done again from Dr lal path and the report came normal 3.61mg/dl (2.40 - 4.40)..i informed thyrocare and they said thier report is of 13.7 is correct..it created confusion and i got my test done the third time from Dr dangs lab..The report came normal 3.61 mg/dl(2.5- 4.5)...i called thyrocare again and told them about it and also email to them all the reports and invoices and they replied to me saying that thier report of 13.7 mg/dl is correct and hence they will not refund my money..THIS IS TOO MUCH NOW...DO U THINK U CAN FOOL PEOPLE LIKE THIS especially when my doctor, lal report, dang report are saying i am normal, why should i believe i have phosphorus toxicity..
THYROCARE IS PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIVES, Even when we have proved you wrong, the company is shameless to not accept thier mistake and apologise.
i want a written apology from you by take responsibility of the entire incident and also refunding my money because you are not trustworthy at all.

Your price list for lab to lab is totally different from online app... Like hbsag elisa method in your thyrocare application (Mrp rs. 300) different from lab rates that is 400 rupees (Whose mrp 500)
& some packages prices are also different from apps price &lab prices. Patient shout on us on behalf of this &ask y lab prices r higher than online prices.&this only hppn in thyrocare lab. Lal path lab, pathcare, srl, diagnostic, u can pick any other lab there will b no different prices between labs to labs & online apps to patients... This is totally wrong system... Of thyrocare... When i booked for the same thyrocare call center staff abhijit and andrew asked me to pay 2400/-.
Thyrocare is cheating the customer giving fishing advertising. Consumer protection should take notice for the same.
I would like to ask thyrocare to collect my blood for the advertised special offer.

I took a diabetic profile m test for my father from one of the branches of thyrocare rudrapur.
The bill was charged 3000rs which is other wise 1000 or 1500rs as confirmed by thyrocare branch.
Further when asked for item wise cost wise bill split and reports, the owner has denied saying that i don't have the same and you dont have any proof that this is provided by me or thyrocare.

I have booked aryogram 1.5 on 12/04/18 but yesterday my booking was cancelled due to technician. I have discuss with technician and technician reply that i am not able to collect the blood of 5 year baby. If 5 years baby blood collection is not possible then why booked my order. Kindly ensure before order booked. I have required report before tuesday. At the last movement order was cancelled
Kindly take action against technician because main reason to cancelled order is technician. Your technician is not ready to collect the blood from my addressed even after ready to pay extra 200 as per telephonic discussion which was not inform at time of booking.
I will waiting for positive reply on that.

We had booked blood tests for the primary holder and daughter yesterday. I got a confirmation of only my daughter's blood collection. On calling iho call center, the technician from thyrocare finally took blood samples of both members but confirmation of the primary holder is still not received at our end on [protected]. I don't know who to address this complaint to.

I have booked the thyrocare health package from iho. They have done the blood test but they are not providing the reports for 5 days now.
Everytime i ask, they just say that they are working on it. A patient is waiting for 5 days to get his reports. Who will be responsible if something happened to him. Also, i have paid all the money in advance.
Please help me.

I got my tsh level tested on 27th feb 2018. Thyrocare report gave a value of 6.48 which was much above the higher limit of 5.5. I was not satisfied as i had never got high tsh value earlier. So i cross checked by repeating the test next day by dr lal pathlabs. They reported a very normal vaue of tsh as 3.07.
I am highly shocked by thyrocare's wrong reporting. I asked the technician to escalate the complaint to lab. But he said they are giving lame excuses of circadian rhythm etc. Samples were just one day apart and both around 9 am as the reports have mentioned. So no variation in circadian rhythm is possible.
I want my money to b refunded. I had to shell out another 600 rs just bcoz of thyrocare's carelessness n incompetence.
Plus had i trusted thyrocare report don't know what would have happened to my health due to unnecessary medications.

I have done blood test of thyrocare with package arogyam 1.5 on 9 feb 2018. And on the reports it shows that my average blood glucose is 123 mg/dl and hba1c is 5.9 that means i am diabetic. Next i took my fasting blood sugar and postprandial blood test on 11 feb 2018 but this time from other lab. To my utter shock my fasting blood sugar is 80 mg/dl and postprandial is 70 mg/dl. That means i am not diabetic. I am shock how can my blood glucose level change so fast.
I have wasted my money. Never expected this from thyrocare.

I had ordered arogyam 1.5 test package for myself and my wife under order no. Em[protected]. I received test reports on 30st jan. I received payment receipt only after asking for it and that too in soft format. I was told that thyrocare does not issue receipt in hard copy format.

My claim for reimbursement of test charges was rejected by my insurer on following counts:
1. Receipt is combined for me and my wife and it is a printout from email sent by thyrocare.
2. No breakup of individual costs is provided.

They asked me to resubmit my claim with following documents, which are standard requirement of insurance industry and are provided by all hospitals and heath care providers.
A. Individual payment receipt for me and my wife for rs 1500.0 each, in hard copy format on thyrocare letter head.
B. Test cost breakup in each case totaling to rs. 1500.0 each as a part of the receipt.

They assured me that these are standard receipts and are provided by all hospitals and care providers.
On contacting your navi mumbai office today for these requirements i was surprised to receive a no response on each count. Some internal process reasons were cited for non-compliance to my requests.

I once again request you to provide me the payment receipts as stated in a) and b) above before 7th feb as i need to re-submit my claim before 10th feb.

If i do not receive your positive response, i will not like to continue my relationship with thyrocare in future and will also be compelled to put my case to my social media contacts to warn them that dealing with thyrocare may lead to insurance claim rejection in their cases also.

Looking forward to your acknowledgement to this email and your response asap.
