Thyrocare — Health package samples mixed | |||
Hi, we booked 4 argoya-x blood tests and a few add on tests. The lab mixed up samples. And sent me different readings of the same test in two copies of the same reports. The difference was too huge. The files had been manually hacked. They had earlier made mistakes in patient age and name also but later when I saw the readings itself hand modified in two reports I understood they had goofed up our samples. They created Chaos as some readings were pointing to serious ailments. I asked them for a retest or refund as it was clear that there was a mistake at their end. And they stopped responding. The lab failed to maintian samples and no report could be now trusted. Medical goofups have serious implications. I need my refund for all the tests made on 2nd Jan 2020 for 4 patients from my family. Was this information helpful? | |||
