I am Vrushali Bamne (AF527) working in your prestigious organization with sincerity from July 2020.

This is to inform you that I have not received many of my payments properly yet. Even after asking for salary calculation they just ignore and don't revert to me and I receive incomplete salary information.

My present salary( From December 2019) was put on hold and from last 10 days with no official notice work...

I booked above package and the technician came 9th Jan to collect sample, and I have made payment on the same day. As of now I didnt receive any report after 2 days. Contacted customer care with all the evidence of transaction including bank statement. They are repeating they didnt receive payment...

I booked test under mentioned order on 8th Jan 2021 for appointment on 9th Jan. I had made payment online on 8th Jan itself.

Today is 9th Jan and I have not recieved any confirmation on sample collection. I have been your te through watsapp and no confirmation at all.

I have cancelled the appointment and now waiting for confirmation of refund of money.

Can someone please confirm refund initiation...

Hi, we booked 4 argoya-x blood tests and a few add on tests. The lab mixed up samples. And sent me different readings of the same test in two copies of the same reports. The difference was too huge. The files had been manually hacked. They had earlier made mistakes in patient age and name also but later when I saw the readings itself hand modified in two reports I understood they had goofed up our samples. They created Chaos as some readings...

I have done the payment 25.11.2020 and the Blood sample collected at 26.11.2020. By the technician Mr. MUTUKUMAR. They told me i will get the result maximum by 72 hours.but i got intimated messages the sample has been collected at 27 16.43 with fasting .

I called the customer care, they said still they did not receive the sample. So no reports are available.i could not able to take the medicine because of that report. br...

I have paid online Rs. 2200 for 2 persons teat against Arogyam 1.2 online
Sample also got collected now you ### people are again asking for money.

Is this kind of fraud or cheating you guys do.
If my issue is not resolved in 12 hours i will go ahead and complain to CONSUMER FORUM...

I have booked test from thyrocare but they have not provided invoice copy to me for test reports, only amount collected is shown in customer details sections.

According to Thyrocare, reports are generated within 72 hours. But even after 96 hours the sample is not processed. I have been asked to wait indefinitely.

According to research content available on the web, the results are altered by delay in processing. So the results cannot be trusted. Refund the amount asap, otherwise I have no option other than approaching consumer court.

Thyrocare promised 72 hours for providing soft copy of blood report, but even after 4 days, they are not able to provide a timeline for when they can provide the soft copy.

I have recently got a package for checkup from your lab for myself and my wife on 26th august.

I was told about the package of rs.1500/- to which i agreed and on the next day our samples were taken as promised by lab. On asking for the receipt i was told that it will come along with the reports on the same day after 6 pm online.in spite several reminder the report did not come and came only...

I have done my test on 31st july i paid 75 rs extra for hard copy of my report but still waiting for my hard copy report, yesterday i consult with my doctor i did photocopy and i paid for it, thyrocare lab is 35 metre away from my home. 2 days before i watsapp them to send my reports they said they will send but they didn’t today is 11th day of my test they said u will get ur report in 4 to 5 working days....

My name is harish my residence is nfc nagar near ghatkesar i am going to give u a complaint about thyrocare ghatkesar branch in that branch he is taking 3000 per head for clia antibodies test actually in any other centers just 1200 only.. I booked the Aarogyam X package for me and my grandfather under order ID 78A9F1.

The executive who came to collect the blood Shahabuddin Ansari collected my blood sample and did not mention about the urine collection, he ###ed my grandpa who is 87 4 times and he could not find the vein, the order was prepaid online.

I had asked for a new technician/collector to come the next day and collect it, I will make my grandpa...

Hi all, i am suggesting never go for thyrocare service. I booked a package online they give me a date after a week due to lockdown i agreed but before one day of test person calling me for nagative reply that this date is full. After a week they are replies with out apologize. Very bad service by thyrocare lab....

Its been almost a month now, and i too have not received my refund of 4500/- for the covid-19 test, which they could not provide at navi mumbai. They dont reply to emails and claim 7 to 10 days processing time. Never doing any tests with them again.
