[Resolved]  Thyrocare — malpractice & cheating by thyrocare

Dear sir/madam,

I have recently got a package for checkup from your lab for myself and my wife on 26th august.

I was told about the package of rs.1500/- to which i agreed and on the next day our samples were taken as promised by lab. On asking for the receipt i was told that it will come along with the reports on the same day after 6 pm online.in spite several reminder the report did not come and came only next afternoon after repeated calls.

When i saw the report i found discrepancies as several tests advertised on your website was missing. The urine reports also come from some other lab.

When i asked the owner of the lab he said that this is the package for rs.1500/- and nothing more. When i threatened to complaint the owner told me that we will refund on paytm rs.300 for each person which he did.

Your agents are taking thyrocare for a good ride and cheating your trusted patients.

Kindly investigate the matter at the earliest and kindly report our balance tests as per package offered to us.

We have registered your complaint with ID: 06092021 regarding sample processed for wrong profile and corrective action will be taken as per company policy to avoid the same in future.
As verified, your booking and sample collection was done through offline mode from our Local service provider- Urolife Polyclinic Diagnostic for 2 beneficiaries as mentioned below, they route their samples through our service provider & their samples are only processed at Thyrocare based on data entry provided by them.
As per telecon with you, you had requested to process the sample for Aarogyam 1.2 profile to the Local service provider but we have received data entry for above mentioned tests and hence the sample has been processed accordingly.
Also we would like to inform you that, Aarogyam 1.2 profile does not includes Vitamin and Testosterone tests.

Further we suggest you to book from www.thyrocare.com/wellness or Thyrocare App available in Apple/ Google Play store to avail hassle free services in future at discounted rates (Terms and conditions applicable).
