Thyrocare — misleading test report

On 5th october 2018 and 28th june 2019 i went through thyrocare atg and ama test. Both reports are using different reference which is wrong. If you see below reference range they are simply playing with people life with sending wrong report data. The report results are as below :

Atg value is 0.1 in june'19 report and reference range is negative : < 4 and positive : > 4
Atg value is 9
Ama value is 44 in oct'18 report and reference range is negative : < 34 and positive : > 34

I have already escalated it to 3rd level of complaint escalation matrix on 29th june'19 but they have not yet responded. Please suggest how to take it further.
