I was work in thyrocare in 2017 to 2019 THYROCARE technologies ltd juhinagar navi mumbai given 100% but still thyrocare company forcefully they have ask for resign other wise we will terminate you after resigned I have recived only 1/3rd of FNF amount then I have enquired but they not responding properly they have transfer my pf amount to another employee account from last tow years I am trying but they are only said its in process but not recived any single amount now they have giving my reliving latter on time this was not happened to me it self its happened to many employees please do some relief from thyrocare fraud I am facing thyrocare fraud from last tow years

Thyrocare Customer Care's response At the outset, the complainant, Mr. Kishan Gupta is not a consumer since we did not provide any sale or rendered service. He was our ex-employee. We made timely settlement of all dues in time when he quit service. Regarding credits to his provident fund, the authority concerned in the EPFO was fully appraised of the matter and all necessary documents were submitted by us for doing the needful to the ex-employee. It is suggested that he may take up his grievance and pursue with the provident fund authority concerned to early redressal since had already discharged all our obligations. His present complaint is made in inappropriate forum / portal only to harass us seeking ransom. We reserve our rights to proceed before the appropriate authority, including police, against the “; for its anonymity and its unknown key personnel for non-application of mind while posting the grievance, further reserving rights to claim damages.
