I already filed a complaint against sample collection centre of patna, in addition to that thyrocare customer care mumbai was denying that any sample has not been received yet at their testing centre and it's still pending, it has been more than 48 hours since the sample was collected. Customer care was not very informative about the status

Rt pcr report still not given? i received the phone call from your customer support asking for email to provide the report but still no progress apart from numerous hoax call from thyrocare customer support that they will give the report, it the 4th day since the sample was collected. i guess the organization has misplaced the sample and the organizational behaviour is feckless.

    It has been 48 hours since my sample was collected and after that today the designated personnel is saying that they will not give the rt pcr report, please take strict action against them.

    Just received a message regarding the issue that it will be resolved within 48 hours from customer support of thyrocare, i just wanted to know the nature of resolution your customer service will provide me, will you guys be able to produce the rt-pcr report of the above sample no. given or it will be anything else?
    i'am not at all convinced with your reply as the sample was collected on 5th may?
    if i don't find a convincing resolution from you company, i will lodge a F.I.R against your sample collection centre of patna under Section 424 of the IPC.

      I am booked a test in thyrocare in katihar bihar, i made a call [protected] to this num they send a boy and take a sample of blood test they told me that reports will come after 48 hours, we called after 48 hrs they said its not come yet, i called back again after72 hours they were very ###ing rude, they were not picking up the call and the guy he said, tamasha karte ho tum log aao report le ja apna. What the ###, what kind of staff you are providing to the clinic who don't know how to talk???

        I called Thyrocare care bhopal unit .. as i feel like i am covid positive so i had to tested thyroid and rtpcr along with maleria antigen test . I had a conversation with a member of Thyrocare .. he assured me that i am coming at night .. I waited he didn’t come .. next day i again called him and asked for the test ... he gold i am coming in evening .. what the hell with the Thyrocare .. are nh service nh de skte to fake assurance to mat do kisi ko ummed dekar bewakoof banana sahi hai kya

          My RT PCR covid swab sample was collected from home on 20th April, 2021 and its been 3 days i have not yet received the report. My symptoms are getting worse each day due to this delay. I cant get medicine without the report. It should have been done within 24 hours but why is there such a big delay???

            My order ID is VL3A7064. I booked a test with prepaid payment of ₹2685/- for my mother for on date 13-April-2021. The test should be done on 15-April-2021 at 8:30am (schedule time). But your technician didn't came and not even called me. It's been 4 days now and I didn't got any call or mail from your company.

            I am trying to contact your call centre executives but they are not responding satisfactory. I don't want to reschedule the test date, as COVID situation is going worst right now.

            So, it will be really great full, if you register my complaint and refund my paid amount back to me( that is ₹2685).

              I have receive pathetic service from Thyrocare over last 15 days where they’re reports at consistently delayed. On my latest experience for my son’s Covid report, it’s been over 31 hours since the sample was taken and there is no sign of any report. On one side the government is giving directive for a must release of Covid reports in 24 hours and on the other side, the customer care and sample collection center keep giving me their nonsense o[censored]p to 48 hours commitment. 2 sample were taken at the same time and my report was generated within 24 hrs, so why is there so much inconsistency? Ridiculous service!

                Hi,
                I am writing to inform you about pathetic inhumane treatment with covid patients who are opting for your services.
                PFA the call recording of the call with Mr Amitesh from thyrocare.
                I am a covid positive patient, my father is admitted in ICU and my sister is also showing symptoms of Covid. I, my father and my mother had got covid RT PCR tests done through Thyrocare itself (on 7th and 9th respectively). We are residents of Delhi.
                I had requested MR. AMITESH from Thyrocare - contact - +[protected] yesterday(Friday, 16/04/2021) for Covid test. He had said that the report would take 2-3 days to come after collection and he would be sending the collection boy in the morning at 11am on saturday and would confirm about the same in the early morning on saturday.
                On not receiving any call, I called at 10:45 am on saturday(today) . He said the boy would come at 1 pm. I kept waiting. The boy did not come even at 2 pm. Then, after dozens of calls Mr. Amitesh picked my call and shared the collection boy's number. I have also called the collection boy(mr Mohit Rathore - +[protected] at least 15-20 times and he is yet to pick my call till now.
                Fearing no visit and false promises like in the morning & afternoon, I, thus, called Mr. Amitesh at 5pm today(PFA the recording for the same) and wanted to know about the status. I pleaded with him that this is my 40th-45th call to him in a single day which he is not picking. He bursted over me. I, fearing that he might refuse, told him that I trust his word and I requested for his word and assurance that Mr. Mohit would visit as the doctor has advised RT PCR to be done immediately for my sister & mother. He replied that - he doesn't trust me and I should get the test done from somewhere else.

                I can share the older records of calls with him as well to understand how he was playing around with me since morning. I have never seen such a self-centered & ill-mannered person in the medical domain which demands a lot of patience and humility in daily work. More so when the person is a covid patient whose whole family is mired in covid and is fraught with tension. I have already spent 2 days waiting on Thyrocare for the RT PCR test. This issue has delayed the testing & reporting by 2 days. Please help speed-up the process so that my family can take preventive measures on covid. Further, humble request to you to please amend this person and make him humanly enough so as not to damage the good reputation of Thyrocare. Awaiting response as well as action.

                  On March 31, 2021, I had made an advance payment by bank transfer for medical tests (VLC479D5). Thyrocare could not arrange a sample collection on time (claimed no technician, no supplies available) and after trying for two days, I requested a cancellation of the order with a full refund.

                  Customer service responded on April 1 and promised refund within 2-3 days. No refund has been made so far (April 15), and Thyrocare
                  customer support is not even responding to my requests for updates. Please note that no honest and ethical company
                  will take an advance payment, not provide the service and refuse to respond when a refund is requested.

                  Thyrocare, please provide a refund at the earliest. Taking someone else's money without providing service is called fraud.

                      I, Dr. Sandip Karmakar booked a slot from 6 am to 7 am for some blood investigations of my father(Joydeb Karmakar) on 12.04.20121(Order No: D344842) through PharmEasy. But unfortunately no technician has turned up till 08.10 am. My father is in fasting since last night for collection of blood samples. In this situation I would like to complain against the concerned authority for such kind of irresposible activity.

                            Myself and my wife did Covid test on 26-Mar-2021. Since then till today 28-Mar-2021, we have not received our reports.
                            I have been following up with customer care but not getting proper response.
                            Branch (Thyrocare Dhokali) from where samples are taken is not responding our calls. We don’t know what to do now.

                              On 14th March 2021, my mother was severely ill hence, we took her to the hospital. Wherein Dr asked her to perform covid test. Person from thyrocare already came there to collect the sample for someone else so dr asked him to do my mother's test as well. (Which means he didn't come for us specially) still he charged me Rs 2000 for the same test which is done in Rs.980 by thyrocare. This person named Avinash Sarangdhar from Kalyan did not provide me any link for the payment instead asked me to Gpay him. I did the payment of Rs 2000 on his personal Gpay. As soon as My father asked him for Authentic bill he ran away saying I'll provide it later. After contacting with thyrocare customer care I got details that test is done in Rs.980 with Rs 75 extra if taken hardcopy of report. I want severe action taken against this man who's looting innocent people. Daily he collects various samples from hospitals which means he's earning minimum 20k daily by doing fraud & looting innocent patients.

                              Received call from thyrocare to call that technician who charged extra as he will refund the amount. This is what he has to say. After refunding the amount. Bloody cheater, he is collecting daily 10k to 20 k extra from innocently patients & thyrocare is taking no action against him. Instead accepting his fault, the person is saying that he won't provide any service specially for me or my family? Is this even ethical? I will sue this person & thyrocare

                                This organization believes in malpractices. First their phlebotomist/ technician refuse to wear gloves as per covid 19 protocols, then the next day the company sends an email stating part of my reports have been canceled due to technical issues. What does that even mean? They collected two vials of blood and somehow they could only use one vial for testing. What happened to the second vial? Contaminated? Broken vial? I don't know because they couldn't tell me. Also note my blood was collected at 8am but the lab received my blood sample only after 10pm in the night. Now they have the audacity to say they sent me part report (i didn't ask for part report, i paid for the entire package and my blood was wasted) and only offer Rs.360 out of 1799 that i paid for the package, no reparation or compensation for carelessly handling my blood. Not only is this company unethical but also very unprofessional. This pathology lab cannot be trusted with your blood because to them it's a commodity they can waste on a whim. Very disappointed.

                                I got a full refund after couple of email exchanges.

                                According to yjeir company policy i am entitled to get a full refund and yet the employees have been refusing it. Attaching a photo of their policy. This is textbook fraud.

                                They contaminated/ destroyed my blood and refused to duly compensate. - Comment #3807963 - Image #0
                                Dear Madam,

                                We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
                                We have addressed your complaint through email.
                                As mentioned in the mail, only few tests are cancelled in your case (Barcode : S0265871) hence partial refund (Rs. 360) will be processed as per cancelled test policy.
                                Please find the partial test cancellation policy (Link : https://wellness.thyrocare.com/FAQ).
                                We regret to inform you that your request for complete refund could not be processed as all the remaining tests are processed and reported successfully. -Team Thyrocare
                                Rs 360 is not a fair compensation for the troubles caused by Thyrocare India which is why i have refused to accept partial refund of Rs.360. My greivance stands unresolved.

                                Fair warning to the consumer: From my first and only encounter with thyrocare, this is what I experienced;
                                1) The technician didn't wear gloves while drawing blood
                                2) My blood sample were not sent for testing for more than 12 hours from the time of collection
                                3) they lost my blood and asked for recollection. Their FAQ says recollection happens this means be prepared to give your blood twice maybe thrice because that's what you are signing up for when you are choosing Thyrocare India.
                                4) Thyrocare refused to offer a full refund citing technical issues which means i will have to pay for a package elsewhere (because individual panels are expensive) so in a nutshell i lost twice amount of blood and twice amount of money on testing because Thyrocare is a careless organization.

                                Thyrocare maybe cheap but they are unreliable, untrustworthy and unprofessional. My experience with Metropolis and SRL has been smooth and pleasant i will be using them for reports going forward. I personally don't recommend thyrocare.

                                  I have done my mother's TB gold test in throcare . Second day for billing that person contacted my mother for otp. My mother is not financially literate person so I have told her to ask/consult myself before giving otp details. After that that person got angry and used abusive words and was completely unprofessional . He told that he's getting 100's of call and he did not have time and that they are not robbers or not going to drain your bank account . She was in shock after such abusive words . She's is Health care worker very rude and vulgur language was used please look into it .

                                    Hello,

                                    Today i pinged the 'Thyrocare - Lingampally' agent for an enquiry about the 'RT PCR' test cost and details. When it comes to the cost he mentioned that they charge Rs.1200. I have asked him why you are charging more as others charging only Rs.500-750 he responded sarcastically and while i was chattign with him ignored my message and left the chat window.

                                    can you look into this matter as it is not good behaviour when talking to customer.

                                      Hello,

                                      I did Booking of AAROGYAM 1.5 (2400/-) for date 3-2-21 at 9:00 am (Order no - VL301562)
                                      No one came for sample collection &Ii didn't received any update till 11 :00 am, i was fasting more than 13 hours.
                                      I tried to book a new appointment on 4-2-21 for AAROGYAM 1.5 but that was removed and I have to select AAROGYAM 1.7 (2700/-) & confirmed the booking
                                      for 5-2-21 9:00 (Order no - VL5CBB64)am sample collection, the same thing happened today morning, no one came for collection & i am Sitting here with empty stomach.
                                      Received a call from few of your employees saying no one will come today & please do it for tomorrow, this happened twice now.

                                      I don't understand doing booking 1 day in advance, why your person doesn't show up on timing & don't feel responsible to provide me an update.
