The patient sample is waste now, who is responsible for that?? They want more charge than the patient have booked for that test online. You should cancel their authorisation for collection centre if you feel your company is genuine & reputed.
I booked order no A95A6 VITAMIN B COMPLEX PROFILE, VITAMIN D PROFILE, HEMOGRAM - 6 PART (DIFF) from thyrocare on 04.03.2016, with an online booking and paid Rs 2345.One person came to my home and collect blood sample. And they told me that your report will be emailed by 06th March 2016. But unfortunately my report could not deliver yet. Then after two days I consulted thyrocare for report they informed me it will take more 24 hours. What kind of a substandard service it is.Also we get the same day report from any other Labs in the market. Also the sample was taken in the bag no ice box nothing was brought to preserve or carry the samples. I have my doubts from that time only however there are bunch of complaints for their service standards.
So, i m not interested right now because it's totally fake medical officer and blood sampler also. Because they have no ideas that how to collect blood sample. Very cheap medical company. I want to that please take legal action regarding such type of cheap service. I don’t need any report because any which ways it will be fake.I want a refund of RS 2345/- that I have paid on line while booking.
