I booked a cbc & ns1 & chicken-guinea test for my wife rashmi jha with a request for home collection of blood sample. While the collection was done on agreed time, it took me numerous followups to get the report on my mail. To my surprise, thyrocare delivered the only cbc & ns1 report & when i inquired about the chicken-guinea results, i was asked to look for the second pdf attachment on my mail which never existed. The staff was trying to convince me of some bizarre technology problem that was preventing the report to reach my mail. How stupid & unprofessional these people can get. Subsequently, a female voice called & said the report could only be sent to me by 3 pm in the afternoon as it was still under process. What i understood was that they had not done any processing & i was in danger of getting a fake report with my wife's name written on it. I asked them not to process the lab test & refund my balance amount as i would get it done from some other reputed lab. Thyrocare staff stopped picking up the phone. I finally got the tests done again for my wife as i had lost faith in thyrocare due to its unprofessional & fraudulent attitude. Highly not recommended.

    I am bit lazy guy and generally don't give feedback on anything, but this time I am so pissed off that I thought I should write something about it. I had booked the Thyroid profile tests 4 days back and nobody has came to me even to collect blood sample yet. I had paid the full amount through online booking and now I am regretting it very much.
    I had got text message with the sample collector name and phone number but whenever I contacted that guy he simply said I can't come today, can I reschedule the appointment for tomorrow. Its happening with me for last 3 days now.
    I tried to complaint about the same on Thyrocare customer care number but they are equally unprofessional. Please don't get fooled by lower cost, this company is not even worth that much of money for this kind of service.

      Arogyam pro package 1.7

      Recently i have done test for me and my wife for arogyam pro package 1.7.
      Urprisingly in just 2nd day we got soft copy of report. where in signature of pathologist seems like pasted through computer tweaking. apart from this my wife got testosterone number of 485 which should ideally between 20-70 for female. i was shocked and tensed to see it. after that i have re-confirmed it through apollo clinic which shown only 40.

      Thyrocare needs an machines not a human being to process the sample,
      Its type of another militry school, over disciplined, no respect is given to an employee,
      Thyrocare demanding 10000/- inr from the person who wants to recruit.
      Not fulfilling the commitment of refunds.

      A simple calculation is given below :-

      50 people recruited every month = 50.000 /-

      Per year - 50 persons * 12 months = 600 persons/ year

      Rs. 10000 from each persons * 600 = 60 lakhs / year


      Basically these people makes an business of employee not the diagnostics.

      As of its an medical laboratory accredited by iso 15189

      There is no any requirements in these standard to deposit money from new joinee

        I am k. Umapathy rao who happened to go with thyrocare on 22nd july 2016. My experience has been bad, the way the whole matter is handled. Please see the sequence of events as below.

        1. I have gone to your website and placed a request on 20.7.16
        2. I received a call from your mumbai office from a lady late in the evening if i am interested to go with a package.
        3. I have confirmed for 3 people that is me, my wife and my daughter and asked her to send the technician on 22.7.2016
        4. I have also told her that besides the regular tests in the package i also need sugar fasting and post prandial and she confirmed the same.
        5. I received an sms confirming my order no. Tt38283
        6. I received a call on 21st from your local hyderabad office fixing up the time for collecting the blood sample. They had no information of my request for sugar test but they said they will include at an extra cost and that was fine with me.
        7. On 22.6.2016, you technician mr. Bhasker came and collected the samples but he again dint know of post prandial test but agreed to come back after 2 hours for an extra cost.
        8. Mr. Bhasker came and collected blood sample after two hours of my breakfast and also collected rs.3600+100 and gave a receipt.
        9. I have received test reports of three o[censored]s by mail but my blood sugar report was missing.
        10. When i enquired, every one pretended ignorance. They later came back and said that there was a technical problem and wanted me to give the blood sample again.


        This is completely unacceptable to me as you cannot mess up my order like this and simply call it as technical problem. Taking sample may be simple for you but being on fasting and doing the whole exercise is not easy for me and you cannot suffer me for your blunders.

        I have also not received the test reports by courier which was promised to be sent in 3-4 days as per your web site.

        Is this how thyrocare operates and services its customers? I want a written apology from thyrocare and compensate me suitably (Return all the money rs.3700 that i have paid or something similar) for the mixup and bungling that your organisation has done in handling my order. I am now not sure of your test results also and may have to go for the tests again with another lab.

        I expect a reply to my mail and also the action taken in redressing my grievance. If i don’t get your reply within a reasonable time, i will be constrained to put it in social media and also take legal course that is available to me. While i am not threatening by writing this, i want you to take this complaint in all earnest as a few such complaints can bring thyrocare to a closure. I am sure you respect the customer and give priority to customer satisfaction. I am an unsatisfied customer and am very disappointed.

        I had great expectations from you but your people have damaged your image badly. Please do not give me a standard sorry and these things will not be repeated etc. Let me know, how you would compensate me? That is the only way you will learn your mistakes and i will get satisfied.

          Fraudulent and fake reports

          I availed of 2 aarogyam online profile packages at the cost of 1800/- each and the reports are all wrong!!
          My husband's cholesterol levels show 242 when he is on meds and his earlier test 2 months ago showed under 200 and in my reports it shows i am hypothyroid when i have had my thyroid tested 3 times in last 8 months and they have always been normal.

          They are playing with the lives of people. i am taking this up...

          I registered for aarogyam 1.7 full body check up for my mother. We went and gave the sample at the collection center. After 2 days, i contacted the customer care of thyrocare. They said there was a technical issue because of which report was not generated and we have to give the sample again. We went and gave the sample again. I called the customer care and they said again there was a technical issue because of which the report was not generated. They asked us to give the sample again. We gave the sample again but this time also we have not received any report from them. I have already paid ₹2400/- for this test. This is the last thing i am doing now. Worst service ever.

            Whosoever is the most senior authority - i am writing this mail to put this under your knowledge about the great great inconvenience being caused by your so called thyrocare who i thought is a reputed organization but i think i am highly mistaken. since the test which i booked and so much of anxity what you guys caused is really disgusting. i have booked arogyam1.3 with additional urine and insulin test pp and fasting by paying extra amount.

            I got my insulin test done and am not getting correct reports, on calling your helpline i get this info that your systems are slow, u are unable to process the request, pp reports are not clear, fasting reports are not clear, 2nd time i got my test done again but again the same story, you promised me to send the reports through courier, but insulin reports and urine reports i have not got through courier saying that talk to the person who came to your place. actualy this is a total harasment, bloody i have paid 30 /- extra, paid 1480/- for 1.3 + 30/- courier + 800/- urine and insulin.

            Today again i called around 12:00 to your executive in throcare named manjula and was promised a callback from senior, but nothing has been done inspite or promising a call back for 5 mints.

            I want the entire reversal for this for the pathetic service provided by you.

            I am going to take this case legal, i am warning you and would escalate it to media and high authorities. you guys are the cause for my health issue now.

              Thyrocare team. You people are highly careless
              I had given samples of bloood for some test and paid rs 3000 cash plus courier charges.

              Some person has collected samples and he was highly untrained. Neither he had any chilling pads as claimed by you

              After paitently waited for 3 days we have called and surprisingly came to know that your third class system failed to generate some reports.

              Now you are asking for re collection of blood samples. Useless team and useless replies most of the time.

              Why should i give samples. I have no no no reliability on your process and dont trust your reports at all.

              I have writtem several times for refund and useless teams are not responding.

              Your calls are always busy

              I want my refund and compensation of lost blood.

              I am complaining about the active listing. Yesterday I booked an appointment for 1nhalf month baby next day the guy came without the baby test kit. I called the service centre and they advise me rebooking for tomorrow.. bull company no feelings for customer they jus want money anyhow. This is a very bad experience for me...
              There has not been any response from thyrocare team yet. Consumer complaint teams have unable to make any impact of the company which is looting customer daily.

                This is my second worst experience with thyrocare, firstly when I gave sample fr blood test igg and igm, they gave reports after three days in Vadapalni chennai branch, centre no. Is [protected] .later I submitted my mothers blood sample and that report was so important because my parents were leaving to my native and they had only one day to go for checkup and as usual thyrocare staffs made a delay of again 3 days and when I went there to ask for reports they are asking another two days telling some excuses, they are not ready to refund the amount also . I want you people to take strict action towards these staffs, and improve your service else shut this centre .

                  Hi,

                  I booked a simple thyroid profile test for my sister anjana kumari, with thyrocare (Order no. 58c6f) and the sample were collected on 2o th may 2016 after repeated requests. The local thyrocare collection centre in siwan, bihar was assigned with the task by the company.
                  Till 25th may 2016, the reports were awaited. When called for status enquiry, the customer care team showed rude attitude and couldn't give any clarification. On repeated calls and inquiries, it has been found that thyrocare has misplaced the blood sample.
                  When requested for the refund of the amount paid, the collection centre has no clear answer, and they are unwilling.
                  When contacted the customer care over phone, they have no answer on refund of the amount.
                  I would request for strong penalty on the service provider so that such situations couldn't be repeated.

                      I had been assured by customer care that the reports will be available within 24-48 hrs of giving blood sample but now even after 60 hrs of giving sample there is no report available and each time the Cust care executives are telling that your request has been forwarded and you ll get ur report ASAP. My docs appointment is tomorrow and if I don't get the report today then there is no use of giving sample. I need my refund for the money I paid since it is going to get waste.

                          Please read the following two sms messages received from Thyrocare on my cellphone which are self-explicit:-

                          "This is to confirm the booking of Order id: D0CAF, for 1 beneficiary. Please pay Rs. 320/- at the time of sample collection. For Assistance WhatsApp us on [protected]. Thank you - Thyrocare"

                          "DEAR MILIND TIKE, THANK YOU FOR YOUR BOOKING (ORDER ID: D0CAF), YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO SANTOSH AMBAJI KADAM([protected]) AND APPOINTMENT FOR SAMPLE COLLECTION IS SCHEDULED ON[protected]:00. FOR ASSISTANCE WHATSAPP US ON [protected]."

                          Issue of Complaint:-
                          As is clear from the above two messages - my blood sample for doing HBA1C test was collected by Thyrocare employee on 29.03.2016 who also collected Rs.320/- in cash from me. He assured on my asking that the test report will be delivered within 2 days into my email id which I had filled online.

                          Today is 06.04.2016 and my serious complaint is that despite passage of 6 days since the date of blood sample collection till today, Thyrocare has sent me neither soft nor hard copy of my HBA1C test report in spite of collecting cost of the test in advance.

                            This is the most unprofessional service I have ever seen.

                            I suggest everyone never opt for their services ever.

                            My mom aged 68 years wanted to get some test done and I was given an appointment of 8.30 in the morning on January 21, 2016. At 9 am I was being told by the executive that I woke up late so I will come by 10.00 am. This is the most pathetic scenario as My mom was fasting as per coz of all test to be done since 12 hrs and now again this is wat we were been told. Secondly there was one Wats app number given to us and I was continuously coordinating on that number i.e [protected] and I was not getting proper response from them as well.

                            At 10.15 that wats app guy is telling me to wait I will check and finally I did not get any support from any of the team member: Inline, customer care, wats app etc all are useless in this case.

                            I am sure that they would definitely be doing all goo[censored]p in their testing sample also.

                            I am speechless

                            Just last request to all please do not trust these people at all.

                                Your collection centres (UPT52 Betiahata, Gkp & UPT62 Gorakhnath, Gkp) are very bad in service & have no responsibility towards the patient & their sample. they don't even listen to your customer care & say we don't know thyrocare & we don't have to listen them. Other person is collecting the sample for them & then also they don't realise anything.
                                they don't even talk like an educated person, i don't know what for they have been given such an authorised collection centre..?

                                I have faced so many problem. I have booked body checkup from Thyrocare. Thyrocare send inexperienced staff to collect the sample. The person inject for blood three times and got success in third time. After opposing his inexperienced working, he given so many excuse. After 2 to 3 hour my hand get black spots around injected portion. It was about 3 inch circle. At least company should hire experienced person. They should not play with customers health.

                                  I already appeal file through your website regarding Thyrocare Fraud. I alread sending you details by two time for thyrocare cheatinng.This is vikash kumar and i booked order aarogyam 1.2 for medical tests from thyrocare on 16.10.2015, and one authorise person came to my home and collect blood sample and also collect 745 rs for test charges. And they told me that your report will be delivered by 20.10.2015. But unfortunately my report could not deliver yet. Then after two days i consulting to thyrocare for report then told me that your sample was cancelled and recollect your blood sample.
                                  So, i m not interested right now because it's totally fake medical officer and blood sampler also. Because they have no ideas that how to collect blood sample. Very cheap medical company. I want to that please take legal action regarding such type of cheap service. I want return my blood sample or give me complete check up report by Thyrocare and one another thing is that if above failed then please give me compensation (Rs. 7045) for FRAUD.
