Ticket Goose — about travels bus irresponsibilities | |||
For Today I booked ticket for my sister from chennai to Bangalore in Anand travels through ticketgoose.com only. In that boarding point and timing is cmbt Omni bus stop at 2.30pm they called me on 2 pm itself and asking whether we were coming or not then we asked to pick up her at near maduravoyal and they also agreed and they told wait near opposite to DR.MGR University so we waited there upto 30 mins. In between they called us and told like bus is departuring at cmbt then at 3.05 we saw that bus near that point but the driver didn't stopped the bus and we called to that person who called us, he didn't pickedup the phone call then we tried alot to get that driver number and we were explained our situation to make him wait to reach the bus but he is not at all listen our words and cut the call.we called the travels office and explained everything.they also not at all listening our words atlast we asked for refund the ticket amount or otherwise arrange some other bus because single lady is there.she have to manage but they are not giving response to our words then they asked where you booked ticket go to that website and mail them for refund your amount. So kindly refund my ticket amount within a 3-4 business day and rectify this issues and I will send mail to this website address also Was this information helpful? | |||
