[Resolved]  Ticket Goose — bus facility provided was not according to the details mentioned in the tickets.

We booked ticket from katra to amritsar for volvo ac bus sleeper for 30th march 2018. The charges were deducted accordingly. But we faces many difficulties afterwards which i am listing downside.

1. The bus number was not mentioned on the ticket. Neither of the bus conductor nor of a relevant person. Only time and place was mentioned for boarding.

2. After reaching the boarding point the bus was not there even beyond the boarding time.

3. After calling the helpline no we were informed to call the operator and provided his number. When we called the operator he gave the bus no. Jk-0583 which was not a volvo bus and ac was not working. Bus was stinking badly and was just like hell. You cannot provide such mode of travel on the name of volvo ac bus.

4. We talked to bus driver and conductor regarding our tickets and then firstly they refused to accept the online ticket. When we insisted and made them to talk to operator they gave a front bad seat which was not sufficient for 2 people. And argued to travel only on that seat otherwise asked to seek another option.

5. I was surprised to see that there were no other online customers in that bus. But while we were booking tickets the site was showing almost filled bus. I was not aware about the cheat they used to do on regular basis.

6. Bus staff was not gentle, instead of solving the problem they were harsh in words and asked to leave as they said they are not responsible for online tickets. They also informed us that there is no indo-asia volvo bus service from katra and they are just giving the seat because of the operator. They told us they are the sole bus service provider from katra to amritsar.

7. We had no other options hence we travelled to amritsar with fake online tickets where there was not a seat which was mentioned on the ticket also the bus service was neither volvo nor ac. The kind of service provided was totally a blunder and was of no worth for what we paid.

8. I am very serious about this fraud and want to refund my money for 2 persons.
