I was a tikona broadband customer in Agra. Since the start of my tikona connection tenure, I used to face regular droppings and unstable internet to which I complained several times and tried to resolve but nothing worked.
I also found no direct way of communication with the tech team, billing team, and the consumer.
My renewal due date was 15 August and I clearly wrote them a mail on 13 August 2020 mentioning about discontinuing my service.
To which first I got a discount incentive to continue with service and after again confirming that I am not satisfied and not likely to continue, they responded to me saying "we tracked usage after we received your mail"
I have had paid for the service till 15 August and as a responsible person strictly turned off my router on 14 August.
I have clearly mentioned all the facts and I am being harassed with renewal bills and no response to the discontinuation of my service email query.
My Tikona consumer ID is [protected].
I wish to not continue with them any further and want no excess unwanted renewals bills imposed on me as I am not liable to pay any such.
I want them to recover their devices as soon as possible with no more delays.
I have also seen people being harassed with their service and complaining on forums, if I am not provided with the desired response to query. I am open to proceed with legals.
And I have been trying to register on forum.tikona.in and I have also not received any activation mail on my registration mail. " What a great move to scam and harass their own consumers" Was this information helpful? |
