I registered for a new timbl broadband connection on 12/07/2022 and paid ₹2282.82 on website I was advised to do so by a timbl worker through a call and WhatsApp message (+91 [protected]) .
It was mentioned by the employee and on the website that the company provides same day installation, but it has been 4 days long they neither installed the connection nor they pick up call and also I messaged them to initiate my refund, They just seen the message but didn't initiated and replied.
When I called the customer care on (13/06/2022) they said the connection will be installed till (14/06/2022) and kept the date increasing on . They are just making fake excuses on the customer care saying that the connection will be installed on the next day but they don't installed it .
Legal action should be made against timbl company.
