Neither any service nor refund was provided after my payment

My Timbl wifi connection has not been working since last 2 weeks and they comforted and confirmed me that the service will be fixed soon and as my service period was expiring soon, they asked me to recharge first before the service even got fixed.
But, after I did the recharge for next 6 months connection, the service was yet not fixed even till today (08th October, 2023). It has been more than 2 weeks now. I even raised a request to close my connection and provide me the refund 2 days back. But, I haven't received any calls or texts regarding that till now. All they are saying is that they working to restore the connection and completely ignoring my refund request.
I have been trying to contact them multiple times and even heard many of their employees left their jobs @Timbl. One employee even mentioned that they held his last 2 months payment and did not pay him till now.
I am looking forward for my refund now as I have not yet received any service for my payment till date.

Regarding internet connectivity issue
Hello Timbl,
I requested to disconnect my services, pick up the router and refund my security deposit. But, its around 9-10 months no one is listening. Now, I want the refund of Rs.750 immediately and also the compensation against the mental harassment.
You gave me a normal connection in the name of FIBER and looted tots of money from me. I have been regularly and continuously following with you guys for your extremely bad services.
and when I recharged it they are not coming to resolve also they are just keep me waiting and refund my money back you fraudsters

Non refund of the security deposit for the internet connection even after 60 days

Requested them mutiple times on app to disconnect the service as i was no longer living there but i agot 0 responce from them.
Raise multiple tickets too but every time they closed that without resolving them .
Nobody came to collect their router and my 2000 rupees security is still not cleared

Unsolicited Calling daily even after discontinuing the service
We have discontinued the service from Timbl since January, 2023, but we still being called daily to get the recharge done. Timbl has to return our security refund as well, but instead they keep sending us whatsapp messages saying they will initiate legal action against us.
We are being harrassed daily and we don't know what we can do to make this stop and take action against Timbl.
They don't reply to emails and there is no way to talk to the customer care reps when we call as the call goes to automated system that does not give option of talking to someone in person.
I have logged a complaint with TRAI as well but as of now we are still getting the calls multiple times on a daily basis.
We are being harrassed daily and we don't know what we can do to make this stop and take action against Timbl.
They don't reply to emails and there is no way to talk to the customer care reps when we call as the call goes to automated system that does not give option of talking to someone in person.
I have logged a complaint with TRAI as well but as of now we are still getting the calls multiple times on a daily basis.

Complaint against timbl
I have shifted my home from Faridabad to Delhi. I called timbl a lot before changing my house, then I used to call timbl again and again and ask them to shift wi-fi to my new house, but they just made new circles every day. Finally when timbl told me that we can't provide service in Delhi, I told timbl to take his router and charger and send my security money to my account, then he started making excuses and my router and did not take the charger. Rather tell me don't turn off wifi, give it to your relative or give it to a neighbor. Now I have shifted to Delhi, after that threatening messages have started coming from Timbl that give us our router and charger or else we will take legal action while I am repeatedly telling them that if you want to take back the router and charger so, please send your executive. I'll give you your stuff. But messages are coming from timbl but no official is coming.

I am here to complain about Timbl worst customer service.
i have paid yesterday the amount of Rs 1338.82 as Timbl executive said that we will make Timbl connection by 4:30 pm.
They failed to fulfill Timbl commitment. I said before making payment that if you can do it by today then do it. Timbl team confirmed with internal team and said me yes we can do it.
Then no one called me till 5:pm.
At evening one ma'am called and said we will cancel Timbl request and will refund you in 5 days.
Then i said if you cant refund my money by today i dont want to cancel.
Then she started to give fancy lectures regarding Timbl policies. I was already trapped as my money was already with you. she said we dont have routers available with us and she said we will do it by tomorrow.
I had no any options left and i agreed to it.
Today Timbl setup guy came and said we don't have wires and it will take one more day.
Some time they don't have routers sometime they don't have wires and i am completely trapped harrassed and disturbed.
Timbl customer is worst i have seen in my lifetime.
Timbl 24 hours policy has already been breached and you are asking one more day.\
Fake promises, Fake words, fake commitment.

Unethical behaviour and poor services

My name is Jaya Bharti (User ID: 2053094), and I have been using Timbl for a long time. However, ever since I first started using the service, I have experienced numerous problems with both the services and the service provider. Customer support is completely useless. Try talking to the executives at work, but they have no solution for the ongoing problem. Even now, on October 18, 2022, my house's internet connection isn't working. I am unsure of the issue, and when I try to speak with the customer executives, they are unable to provide a solution to the issue.
I made multiple calls and left messages at the number [protected], but the person never picked up, even after I explained that I had been having problems with my home's internet since the morning and that I needed it because I am a working woman.
I tried calling the number [protected], but again, he did not provide me with any solutions. On top of that, he attempted to emphasize the word "baba, " which is offensive to him. I'm not sure what's wrong in calling the word "baba" and he misbehaved with me. Speaking with such staff is a really uncomfortable situation.
I would stop using the services as soon as I could find a different service provider, and I would never use Timbl again. I would also advise my friends, family, and all other people I know to avoid using Timbl as I have already had a bad experience with it.
Please help find a solution to this issue as soon as possible. Thanks.

I got a new connection of timbl and it's been more than 5 hours and it's internet service is not activated. The local service provider, the person who came for installation said that it will be started in 3o mins but nothing happened like that. Now I am trying to contact him but he is not picking the call and also the person who called me for the first time for confirmation is also not picking up the call. I want my issue to be resolved as...

There is actually no way to contact them about any issues you're facing,
the customer service is just reading off of templates and its like chatting with a robot, they've blocked my chat for "abusive language' when there is nothing a customer can do but do that, they've also removed the discontinue services option from my account so i can't even do that. I just want to get rid of this [censored] connection and these [censored]s that work there. they talk all high and mighty as if they're someone royal or a president or something.
I can't stress this enough, please never buy their connection if you're reading this, i actually want to cause physical injuries to myself after trying to even talk to a human from their side to clear when it will be fixed or better yet discontinued, but there is actually no way to talk to anyone there, my connection fix date has been getting postponed everytime i check my account, i'm literally trapped here and i just want to discontinue their services.

I have paid Rs.1338 for new broadband connection. The company offers same day installation but in my case they have not installed till 04 Aug 22.

Sub: - Timbl services plan ID 2043374. My ticket No. C031
My internet service was suddenly suspended by Timbl on 7th July 2022 and the same was advised to me through message at 00:47 hrs.’ the reason communicated vide message was insufficient balance. In the morning I contacted customer care and came to know about the insufficient balance i.e. available balance of only Rs 615.96 only in my account but your representative was unable to explain reason for the same.
On the same day I presented my side by sending mail to CRM Support crm.[protected]@timbl.co.in in which I informed that Rs 5649.84 has been paid by me on 1/10/2021 choosing the plan duration of one year thus I requested to immediately resume my internet service up to 1/10/2022 and I also lodged two complaints under ticket ID C031 & ID R005. Sorry to say no suitable response received till this time.
What could be more pathetic that my internet service was stopped for three consecutive days without any reason despite making the stipulated payment for a period of one year?
It is even more surprising to me that my internet service has been restored from today (i.e. from 10th July), but only for the period up to 8/8/2022 instead of 1/10/2022, the reasons better known to the service provider only and now Rs 27.14 is showing as balance in the account. Today I received SMS message at 13:02 hrs that my Timbl Ticket no. C031 has been closed as nothing is communicated to me thus it was reopened by me but once again at 16:38 hrs the same has been closed once again without giving suitable reply either through SMS or through reply to my earlier mail. Now again I have reopened the ticket This is a clear-cut deceit to valuable customers.
I want to tell for your information that in Timbl’s "android app" they have given option to the customer to choose the plan duration (Quaterly plan @ रु 474/mo, half yearly plan @ रु 449/mo and Yearly plan @ रु 399/mo) while making payment during renewal.
Earlier my plan was expiring on 01/10/2021 so as on 01/10/2021 I preferred to choose the Yearly Plan from the options available for the duration of the plan as mentioned in the above para and made payment of रु 5469.84 according to the plan/bill amount. Now what went wrong within their internal system is immaterial to me.
They are once again requested to review their App/System/options provided to customers to choose plan period in their Android app and accordingly extend my internet service period up to 9/10/2022.

Broadband refund
I highly regret to take timbl internet. All the people working in this company just knows 1 thing very nicely.. disconnect the call as they know they are only here to run the company on the looted money so can't provide a refund. After waiting for 1 month to resolve the speed fluctuation issue I had no choice left then to just discontinue the service which I did i got excitel for now. Since February I have not received any resolution on the disconnection instead these tech and CS people close my tickets again n again without even my consent. Even if I reopen the ticket there is no update of the same in their system due to which they always created a new ticket and ask me everytime to wait for another 15 days as per their new ticket TAT ( extremely pathetic policies ) though I have still not received any call or confirmation even after waiting for another 15 days. No action till now on the people who closesd every tickets without contacting the customer. No call back from the manager. No resolution. No refund till date. Already raise a complaint in the consumer forum and waiting for a resolution now. You should resign and shutdown this extremely disgusting company. I can bet their will not be a single person on this planet to be disappointed if this company would be shutdown.

I am using Internet service of timbl broadband. My WiFi connection not working from 2 days and my work totally depend on Internet. I am facing issue but no one listening only a single point of contact is support centre and their also no one listening very bad service . Whole story that happened with me is First day when my WiFi connection not working I call to support centre number they raised a ticket at 10:50 am after discussed my issue...

Not getting refund even after one month of cancellation request
Company promises to refund with in 25 days of request of cancellation. I raised request of cancellation on 19th march due to their worst service (internet works only around 20 days in a month). Then they commited to provide refund within 25 days approx by 12th April. The after my followup they told you will get your refund surely by 21 April. Now today is 18 th April, and they are saying device will be recovered by 25th april and after few days refund will be provided. I think company is all about making frauds with innocent customers.
While using the services only for 3 months, 8-10 days in a month internet didn't work for 3-4 hours. On complaining, everytime customer care executive used to say "there is mass outage in your area". Also they always closed my request without confirmation with me. They do not believe in customer satisfaction.
Please help me to get my refund because their router don't work with any other internet service connection.

Booked timbl on 24-dec-21 and it's been 3 days i haven't got my router.
But on 24 they said it's a same day installation.
There agent and customer support always make excuses.
I'm going to make FIR on them i have there recordings.
Timbl is a fraud company.

ONU device refund issue

The Timbl company is not issuing a refund on the ONU device. It was mentioned to me that on connection cancelation the ONU device will be taken back and the money would be refunded.

I bought a new connection, but the local area worker (SHUBHAM KHANNA) is not providing me connection and setup of timbl connection.
It is my suggestion for Timbl, please take some Legal action for such a kind worker ("SHUBHAM KHANNA") . Such kind of worker is not good for your services.

Worst service provider

Simply I want to say they are third class service provider, the customer care is pathetic, whenever you call to them they will always repeat the same answer that they will try to resolve issue as soon as possible, I discontinued their service on May 14 but since then they are not refunding my security deposit and they are not responding to me as well.
Please help to resolve this.

I have 100 mbps fibre plan. But i am getting 2mbps speed only. Logged complaint several times but no solution from them . Pathetic service..

From last 10-15 days, internet connection is not working provided by timbl broadband(gurugram, 122001). Many times I raised a complaint but no action has been taken. Just for 1-2hrs they activate the cab light and provide the internet otherwise there cab light of router always remain off and no internet is shown. If they are taking complete money for their plan, then why they are not providing complete service even i raised 100+ request till now. Now its a humble request to take a strict action against this and resolve the problem as soon as possible. As everything is now online, and its now impacting us too badly.

I have paid for new connection more than. 10 days back . They mailed CAF no & all but since then no one has been seen to setup WiFi at my place . I have called it’s customer care hundreds of times but every time I get same response That we will get back to you as we have noted down your concern and again get lost afterwards . Please help me in getting my Money back and Timbl should be punished Hard for these fraudulents with so many people .

Pathetic service and fraud people

I have a timbl connection and my customer Id is 2047947. Speed is worst and their service is so pathetic. After a multiple request they are not even discontinuing the service and not giving my security amount back. I have called 100 times but they just doing fake promise to discontinue and refund my amount.
My work is continuously suffering due to the bad connection. They just do the false promises each time to make their service better. Please do not use their service and should take a appropriate action to timbl so that they can make other people fool.

It's been more then 144 hr since no internet.

Multiple calls made but always same update to wait without any eta.
Multiple emails sent, same response and fake promises that it will be fixed soon.
No one responding or taking ownership. Forces to wait.

timbl connection not working from last 9 days

I am using timbl broadband service (Customer id : 2035634) from march 2020. Location: dharam colony, gurgaon.
The service provided by them was pathetic and customer support experience is very bad.
I already have so many mails pending at their end to reply. Those mails are complaint related and in spite of that, there were no proper reverts.
Currently, the internet is not working from the past 9 days (From 25th june 2020), and no action has been taken from their end till date.
In my 3-4 months service period, the complaint number count reached to c021 (21 complaints). From this, you can have an idea of the loss i have faced. Most of my time was wasted in calling them for support.
I never had called that much to my near and dear ones the way i call them daily for fixing the issue.
Request you to please take strict action on this.
