I am using timbl broadband service (Id 2034159) from january 2020. Location: dharam colony, gurgaon. The service provided by them was pathetic and customer support experience is very bad. I already have so many mails pending at their end to reply. Those mails are complaint related and in spite of that, there were no proper reverts.
Currently, the internet is not working from the past 15 days (From 27th may 2020), and no action has been taken from their end.
In my 3-4 months service period, the complaint number count reached to c0015 (Fifteen). From this, you can have an idea of the loss i have faced. Most of my time was wasted in calling them for support.

    Dear sir,
    I have applied for timbl broadband on 2 june 2020 but timbl teams not give me broadband connection yet (07.06.2020). I have many time calls to timbl care regarding this but not get proper solution.
    Every time they give turn around time do nothing. It is very bad experience.
    Very unprofessional company i have ever seen in my life.
    I request you please help me regarding this. And give me connection as soon as possible because my first experience with timbl is very bad

      I bought a 50 mbps plan on 24 may 2020 and they installed the router after around 15 days on 5 June and my connection is not working and my problem is not resolved every time we call their customer representatives say they are working and your problem will resolve today even they close their complaints ticket with out doing any work 4 tickets has been already generated by me... So disappointed by their service I even paid for 3 months, Whenever I ask for refund they just please wait for tomorrow I will surely resolve, pathetic service ever

        I have taken 50mbps paln with total charges rs.1865 timbl broadband connection few days back and now its continuously showing no internat after connected wifi.. Wifi showing no internet after connected. Its become very furstated.

        Resolution : internet speed should be efficient as they charged without any failure.

        I have attached screenshot of connection detail which is showing the issue today itself.

            I requested for a WiFi connection from Timbl on 9 April 2020. They asked me to pay the monthly plan charge first for ₹824.25 which I paid on 9 April 2020. They informed me that the installation will be done in 3 business days and I will have to pay only ₹500 extra for the router which will be refunded once I will get the connection removed. I agreed to that, however, to my surprise when the technician called me after almost 10 days later, he asked for ₹1300 extra for the connection which included an installation charge of ₹500 and ₹300 for a device which was never informed to me before. They send me a confirmation email for the connection in which it was never mentioned that there will be installation or device charges added. Anyway, I agreed to pay for that also and once the connection was done I was told that it is only a Lan cable connection with which only my Pc can work and it's not actually a WiFi connection. I was unhappy as I requested for wifi and not internet connection. Hence, I requested them to cancel the request and refund my money. They have taken a total of ₹824.25+₹1300 so far and not even a single penny has been refunded.

              I was using timbl connect for more than 1 year register user as krishan singh tanwar and user id 2001652 they taken amount of 1500 as security for router and assured to return at the time of disconnect. I disconnected the service and router and cable is collected from my location but only 500 is refunded to me instead of 1500 and now they are not responding to my mail.

                I have registered for timbl subscription on 23 june 2019, within ome hour company employee came to my home for checking up the connectivity and signals strength after 15 min i have got my kyc done and a message from company came to my phone (Which i mention below in my attachments).
                But the employee said to me sir it will take 1 week to set up your connection i said okay and he leaves. On seventh day evening i called him he didnt recieved my phone and till today he will also not going to pick up my call and i dont know the reason that time but today i know he was just a sales person of company. Who only works for kyc he had no connection to company.
                Till that week to today i have called mor than 60 times on company customer care number but i didint get my services and not even getting my refund till1 months. They even not call me back to get my account detail as where i get my money back i have give him cash but company doesnt care just want to hang up call and just want to say "thanks for calling timbl".
                And last i have registered for refund on 5th july 2019 and tht many times but company making its worst.

                After getting frustrated with the timbl services, i have asked for discontinue the services. After disconnection several months has passed biut they are not refunding my security amount. I have call 1000+ times but each time they agreed that they will refund in one business day but didnt.

                  I want to give them a big zero.. One of the worst service provider.. To take money their report came within 30 minutes.. Promising i will get connection with 48 hours but no one came for connection and no one answered the phone and its almost a month their in a process of my refund but again all false promises.. Till take i have not received any refund nor their customer care call back.. If you ask for supervisor then u get a fixed reply.. He is busy on call or in meeting.. It was a biggest mistake of my life to go with timbl 👎👎👎👎👎 #shametimbl
                  Same here they all are ridiculous worst...What is process for refund dear any legal process ...

                    We are literally facing the mental torture from bad service and policies of timbl. As communicated by them that they will get away with the router within a week after initiating the termination request. We requested to terminate the service in mid feb, now its more than 2 months and they did not even initiate the procedure.

                    Its really really unprofessional from their side that even after multiple emails, multiple calls and follow ups with timbl, nobody came to collect the router.

                      My internet is not working since 5 days and didn't get any resolution from ISP. I am raising complaints again and again but they are closing my complaints without any resolution and confirmation when i am trying to coordinate with ISP but my call is disconnecting again and again.

                        Hello sir,

                        After making numerous complaints timbl company stil not providing me suitable service the internet is not working and they still charging me from my pre pay wallet amount.

                        Now when i try to reach them they even not try to resolve my question they every time just try to shut my phone down.

                        I want my recharge money which is 2475 money back from company and want to discontinue my internet service from that company.

                        Please help me out from this situation.

                          In last two months i have complained so many times but no resolution is been provided and i am suffering same problems every day as light goes off (Power supply) then my connection stops working and stops till power supply resumes and i always when i complained customer service said that power backup is now provided so u don't very but my problem is same please help me what should i do

                            It has been almost a week that i'am chasing these people for my internet connection, i have paid them already and still my internet is not working. Everytime they give wrong commitments. Customer service is so pathetic that they does't know how to speak english, from last 8 days their manager is having his lunch. Each and everyday they cook new stories regarding the same.

                            Humbly request everyone to never ever opt for their services. They will take money and will not provide service.

                            IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A WEEK THAT I'AM CHASING THESE PEOPLE FOR MY INTERNET CONNECTION, I HAVE PAID THEM ALREADY AND STILL MY INTERNET IS NOT WORKING. EVERYTIME THEY GIVE WRONG COMMITMENTS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO PATHETIC THAT THEY DOES'T KNOW HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH, FROM LAST 8 DAYS THEIR MANAGER IS HAVING HIS LUNCH. EACH AND EVERYDAY THEY COOK NEW STORIES REGARDING THE SAME.

                            HUMBLY REQUEST EVERYONE TO NEVER EVER OPT FOR THEIR SERVICES. THEY WILL TAKE MONEY AND WILL NOT PROVIDE SERVICE.

                              I am using broadband connection of timbl broadband services at 598 kakrola housing complex with name of sidharth gaur from last almost an year, my registered mobile no is [protected] and customer id is 2009884, from last two months they have totally spoiled my work and i am facing huge losses due to them. You may ask them to check my complaint status, every day i am complaining but they are not taking it seriously. I have approached you to please take the strict action against them and please provide the best relief as compensation to me. Also despite of the service problems, they are very frequant to harrass us to collect their monthly payment but when i tell them the problem they always collect the payment and give false promises.

                                I was using bsnl since 7 years timbl assure me they have good service they fix net issues within 6 hours and connection install within 3 days. Hey install within 2 days but i can't use it since 2 week i can them twice a day. They assure me i would require to can them they will make things done. Each reprenstative have nothing more to say then this.

                                I'm frustrated with it as i have work load since a week to complete. I want my refund
