Timbl — WIFI connection not working

I am using Internet service of timbl broadband. My WiFi connection not working from 2 days and my work totally depend on Internet. I am facing issue but no one listening only a single point of contact is support centre and their also no one listening very bad service . Whole story that happened with me is First day when my WiFi connection not working I call to support centre number they raised a ticket at 10:50 am after discussed my issue and give assurance for resolution is 4:30 Pm . I wait till time but not received any call from timbl . After 4:30 pm I again calling to support centre now this time increase in resolution time 7:00 pm and RCA for that fibre cut happened team working for the same . I Wait till 7:00 pm then I again call to support centre after 7 now this time again same thing happened resolution timbl increased by 10 Pm and RCA for that your router not working even no one visit at my address.I again call to support centre after 10 Pm same thing resolution time increased by next day and RCA is that your adapter not working this time I really shocked because no one visit my address even not received any call from timbl team than how they know my adapter not working, my router not working from office only .Still my issue not resolved and next day I not call to support centre because no one is listening very bad service
