This is what i read on the website - "the main point of time broadband is to pay attention towards customer. We focus on empowering and delighting our customers, and provide them with best services." i hope this is something you guys meant as well. I'm a time broadband connection subscriber at anekal, bangalore. But the service i'm getting is no good at all. I work in an environment where internet connection plays crucial role in my life. After reading your ideas and motto i planned to subscribe to your connection even after paying hefty installation charge of non refundable 2000 rupees+ plan charge + taxes, hoping to get a good service. But the service i'm getting is not good at all. Internet blackouts are very common here, and occurs often times a day. Please either solve this issues or remove those ideas and motto written on the website, as they are not true about your company.
