I applied for time broadband connection on 18-may-2019, but no connection is provided from time broadband till date.
At the time of connection, time broadband executive told me that connection will be provided by 19-may-2019 but no connection provided.
In-fact, now customer care is saying that there is some issue in my area so i have to wait for few more days.
This was completely unacceptable, so i dropped them mail to cancel the connection and initiate the refund process. But they are not responding to my mail and not cooperating for refund.
