Time Machine99 — complaint for sending me wrong and defective product

On september 27, i have ordered a bundled offer products of jbl speakers which is 3 in quantity of total amount 1349+ 50 (I. E. Delivery charges) =1399. So today i. E.29 september 2018, i have received the parcel from ecom express and in the parcel there is nothing, only there is one fake and defective chinese speaker of costing around rs.100. There is no contact no. Of the company is there, only there is an email i'd which is also fake as gmail shows there is no email i'd exists of that link. Ecom express is also not helping me as they said there work is just to only deliver the product nothing more than that. I have mention the site and address of the company. Please i want my money back and i would to raise a complaint regarding this in a consumer court also.
