Hello Team, I hv planned to purchase used Laptop insurance for Macbook & made d initial payment of Rs. 6910. However I have changed my mind of buying d insurance later so immed I called the support center requesting 2 cancel my insurance & refund d amount. Support team has sent reply " We wish you to inform that, as per your request, we have taken refund request made by you towards 1 year premium amount i.e. Rs.6910/- paid online. Refund will take 7-10 working. But still I hv nt rec'd d refund. Inspite of multiple calls to support team but there is very arrogant response and denial of refund Was this information helpful? |
