My insurance number [protected] for iphone 6s 64gb.
I lost my phone on june 3 and i submitted with every document which they asked for fir, closure report etc. They approved rs 21k after numerous follow ups. When i complained they sent me a mail of rs. 50144been approved and they can process my claims amount only when i return them the initail amount. I returned and they never settled my claims amount and now i feel cheated. It has been more than 120 days since i presented the closure report and infact there claims agent - aman - [protected] once said he am helpless too and suggested me to lodge a complaint in consumer forum.
I am going to fight and will go to every extent. I will keep my case updated.
Dont trust times global insurance, their customer care rarely pick up calls in case you will select the claims option. 24/7 customer care claim is also false. Was this information helpful? |
