This is regarding newspaper issue... I gave 500rupees to the times of india... On the date of 14.10.2016. From that date i didn't reveive even a single newspaper.. i went to the office.. and i said about the issue.. they are not even responding.. please help me regarding my issue.. and i need the company to refund my money.. my contact number is [protected].

I know that a yearly subscription costs Rs 499. I was in Chennai last year. This year moved to Hyderabad. I want someone to contact me for the Yearly Subscription and deliver the paper regularly. The news paper dealer is charging very high, 180 Rs per month.

I live in Manikonda and if someone contacts me, I shall guide them. Or please provide me the news paper dealers who are processing this subscription

My self raxit bhatt. Caan you tell me the price of TOI without ECONOMICS TIME.

Seller said me from monday to friday cost is 5 rs.

For Saturday cost is 7.50 rs.

For Sunday cost is 10 rs.

But, this price is with economics time as considered on newspaper headline.

But, I don't by economics time for whole month .

so can you tell me what will be the price of newspaper without economics time.

I have given two cheques to your service agent who visited my house on 03.03.2017 for renewal of subscription of times newspaper and fresh subscription of Economic Times newspaper (i.e, Cheque No.34521 dated 03.03.2017 of SBM for Rs.499/- and Cheque No.34523 dated 03.03.2017 of SBM for Rs.449/-). Though it is 6 days since the cheques were given, the cheques have not been presented or I have not received any further information. Please look into the matter and appraise me.

I paid Rs579 & ₹20 in favour of BCCL through chaque(142784 &142785)of SBI and debited from my a/c on 16-06-16 for yearly subscription of TOInews paper. I have not received the coupons till date. My vendor asking for payment/ coupons. What should I do? Please do fruitful steps.

I have paid rs 790 through cheque 746869 of sbi debited in my account on 14.02.2017 for yearly subscription of toi newspaper. I was given subscription no [protected] through sms on 4.02.2017. I have not received the coupons till date. There is no reply from customercare nos[protected] and [protected]. Even there is no reply to my email sent to crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com. Such poor customer support is unbelievable from renowned group as toi. Regards. Vk narang, m-[protected].

I have paid for 1 year subscription for Times of India and applied for change of address, but even after two moths they have not changed my address and stopped delivering news paper to me.
Every time I call there call center no buddy have answer for the same. if I mail them. they reply me in standard template that sorry for your inconvenience and your service will resume in another month time.

I paid the requisite subscription fees by cheque no. 292821 dated 09.01.2017 for Rs. 795/- in favour of BCCL.

One SMS has received on dated 11.01.2017 as follows:-
"Dear Subscriber, Thank you for subscribing to THE TIMES OF INDIA. Your subscription no is [protected] . For assistance pls call[protected] MON TO SAT 10 AM TO 6 PM ".

Till date I didn't received Coupons for the same.

My vendor asking for payment / coupon.

What should I do in non receiving the coupons..

We had subscribed for Times of India Newspaper (along with Mumbai Mirror) from 30.11.2016 to 30.11.2017. We had duly paid for the subscription for one year. Subscription id : 32838225.

We shifted residence from Ghatkopar to Thane on 11.12.2016.

We immediately lodged a request to shift our subscription and delivery of newspaper to our newspaper. After a few days, we lodged a follow up request. Few days later, we lodged a compliant with the company that our request was not being processed. We also spoke to the local representative of the company. He had requested us to send him an email regarding the matter. We duly complied. It has been one month since the email and 3 months since the shifting. Still we have not received any coupon or we have not been receiving any newspapers.

Its been almost 2-3 months since we have received any newspaper despite paying money for it. What is even worse is that, there is absolutely no response from Times of India in the matter. They have not taken a single step to help us or act on our complaint/request. We have paid the money and not received the newspaper as promised. We are being made to run from email to calls to representatives to vendors for receiving the newspaper for which we have already paid the money. Why take a subscription from us if the company is not able to duly deliver the newspaper? And Is this a way, a customer is supposed to be treated and denied service?

I'm writing to bring to your attention continuous harassment by the delivery vendor, mr. Sukhveer, through which a toi representative had offered a 12 month subscription for toi and et for 1 year. After six months, the vendor stopped providing the wealth supplement, and asked for additional charges. As per him, it wasn't included in the offer, which i found very surprising. I tried calling your numbers[protected] /[protected], which never respond. It was a small amount, so i paid him rs. 180/- for 6 months. He later gave me another bill for 'delivery charges'. As per the vendor, delivery of the newspaper carries another additional charge of rs. 180/- for the past 6 months. When i read your terms & conditions in your letter asking not to make any additional payment to the vendor, i called him (Contact # [protected]), and told him i will not pay him additional money.

The vendor has flatly refused to deliver the papers to me without additional charges for delivery and the et health supplement, and i'm not sure if the remaining 6 coupons i hold are of any use now. I can provide the relevant bills paid by me if required. I'm tired of trying your so called customer care numbers, and demand that immediate action be taken to reinstate my newspaper delivery, failing which i'll move to another paper and initiate an awareness campaign so that others don't fall for this scheme.

Dear sir,

I had applied for yearly times of india with the subcription no. [protected] for that i had paid rs. 799/-. The paper was to start from 1st of feb 2017 but till today i had not recieved news paper. I had made a complint on phone with the complaint no. 1371608 dated: 07.02.2017. It is very surperised that no action has been taken so far. The no. 66111255 taken for any asistenc eis not picked by anyone and we are very helpless. It is requested ti kindly retun my money back or i have to make a compliant against your firm.

On 18Feb17 TOI DELHI publish the news regarding bom blasts in Sarojani nagar delhi on front page in which you have questioned marked the police and other investigation agencies . The terrorist are adopting tricks which are impossible to crack and prove in cort. That doesn't mean that crime is not committed by accused.Those killed in the blast were not innocent ?You paper not written even few lines about feeling of the victims. Your paper is insecular in nature.Your paper spreads the feeling of insecurity in muslim community .A stren action is required and need a change in editing policy of paper.your businesses are flourishing with the money of people of india and you have the intention to harm them . I my self set on dharna on jantar mantra three times for good cause of military exservicemen but your news paper never mentioned single line where as regularly news about JNU are given for those shout slogan against our country.

With all due respect, Kannadigas are deeply hurt with this act when Kannada was ignored. We, Kannadigas are soft hearted people who will accept every one as their brothers and sisters, we welcome every one to our state whole heartedly.When some one from other state comes to Karnataka we try to communicate in their mother tongue just to make outsiders feel comfortable and a feel as not away from their state or home. This does not mean we will accept the insult all time all way. I think for humanity you should re post the video including Kannada and thus respecting all languages. We are not against any one here but at the same time we are all one and have proved it when it comes as a need.

TOI has repeatedly defamed Kannada (local language of Karnataka). This time despite having TOI head office in Bengaluru they have ignored local language and published an article which has defamed Kannada. This is insult for 6 CR Karnataka people.
Reporters doesn't mean they have power to write anything they want. Few people putting reporters tag around their neck has no rights to write rubbish articles.

Freedom of expression doesn't mean freedom of defaming other...

You have given tribute to language where less than 1 cr people speaks. How comes you forget Kannada, which is spoken by 6 cr. people.

This is insult on Kannada. You need to apologize o this and upload the updated video with Kannada language.

Request you not to repeat such mistakes in future.

Pls respect one of the oldest and richest language of the world.

I have taken annual subscription of Times of India. But ever month the vendor is not delivering paper daily. On an average more than 15 days per month he is not providing paper and even after complaining he is misbehaving and not providing paper. I have taken annual subscription from him so he is aware that I am not going to leave him and so doing this mischief. Look into this matter. I tried to search for times of India complaint number but was not able to get the same.

today in ahmedabad times yoyu have a published a advertisement of joyalukkas jewellery in which different countries flag are used. So, as a job of editor you have to check once that any mistake is their or not but you havent done it. In that our indian flag is given wrong as it is our rpide of nation you shuold remember the priority of our country. the name below the flag is given india and you have pubished a wrong flag what rubbish it is!. So, i reuest you to take a serious action to this act make a symbol of flag write and reprint it again.

Your paper on 19th February 2017 in bombay times there is advertisement. The advertise is of joyalukkas jewellery. The have showcased their centers in various countries. In that India is aslo included. But the national flag of India is misprinted. Take the needful actions. Hope you don't repeat such mistakes in future. Take action as soon as possible. It's past midnight and I am lying awake in my bed. My eyes are drooping with sleep, my head feels heavy and almost ready to explode.

Hi this is mohd airaz khan from lucknow i read newspaper daily especially timea of india but yesterday i was reading times of india there was a news about Soldiers.TOI Headline was - 2 Civilians killed.
and then a smaller footnote - 4 Terrorists and 2 Soldiers also "killed" in operation.what the hell is this ?? What are you guys showing to whole country no respect for soldiers ? I am attaching a picture please see that and have some reapect .shame on TOI.
