I have not been receiving the daily edition of "Times of India" newspaper for almost 10 days. It just stopped abruptly on 13th of April 2009 with no reason whatsoever inspite of having a subscription valid till September 2009.

I have been trying to contact the customer care department and they said they would solve this within 48 hrs, But it has been a week since then and no action has been...

I, Ravi kumar chugh, subscribed Rs.999 offer for India Today Book club (Invoice No: ORA[protected], Order no. 0GA[protected], (Order date 18 Jan 2009),
for some CDs, Reebok purse and keychain & one free gift holiday voucher for 3 days 2 nights free stay & meal for a couple.
I am newly married and my main motive to apply this offer is to avail the free holiday voucher for a pleasant honeymoon trip.

have subscribed femina on 23/12/08 for one year & had paid cash of Rs 520/- (receipt no 36626). i was told the subscription would start from 23/1/09 however i did not receive any copies till feb. On repeated followups thereafter, I was told that Femina had misplaced/ lost my receipt and I was requested to fax the same. On faxing the same, I received one copy of March 11, 2009

i shashi ranjan have taken a subscription of the times of india and sunday times of india, chennai edition f for a period of 12 month at Rs.299/- on dated 07/02/09.
VISHAK was the person who gives me that subscription on dated 07/02/09. He told that "your subscription period will starts from 15/02/09 onwards and it will be valid for 12 months & we are providing door step services for customer convenience ."

So many complaints!!!
Do these people really solve them??? Is it worth to mail them these complaints?
This mail is to bring into your notice that the distribution agents are not delivering all pages of the newspaper and pilferage on large scale is going on. Since the time we have been residing C-9, we have been subscriber of TOI and Ecotimes from the same vendor namely PK Newspaper Agency and this agency is the only agency which vends in this entire area as per my information. Virtually he has been exploiting this situation to his advantage despite several complaints by the residents in and around this area. He has been monopolising and indulging in unfair trade practices....

Since yesterday 2/18/2009 the TOI epaper site displays an advertisement that cannot be skipped. You cannot enter anything into the address bar because epaper.timesofindia.com overrides whatever you may want to type into the address bar....

Hi, I've subscribed to Times Of India for 6 months and paid all the money up-front. I live in Madhapur, Hyderabad. But we stopped getting news paper for more than a month now. The issue did not get resolved even after multiple complaints to the agent and TOI office. Earlier, it used to get delivered at around 8:30, 9:00 AM in the morning. my hindustan times subscription ended in nov 2008 & the vendor delivered the paper till jan & he is charging money for the paper which i did'nt order so he is cutting off the subscription from times of india from which he can make the money and the TOI is not renewing my subscription for the next 6 months....

I have subscribed for TOI newpaper as on 15th Nov 08, which is due for implementation from 1st Jan 09.
Till date (01-Feb-09) we have not received the news paper. We have called up the TOI Office / Agent and complained about the issue multiple times, but none responded to the issue. This is quiet disguisting and loosing faith in the TOI Management as this is the most common problem faced by every one who subscribe to this 6 month renewal...

Since last 2-3 weeks in January 2009, we are not able to see Times of India Pune epaper. There used to be more than 8-9 cities in the epaper but now there are only 6 cities. Please someone from Times of India take a look at it or at least explain the disappearance of those cities epaper. Pune epaper is used by many puneites who are outside pune for many reasons. Few days back i was able to see Times of India- Pune, economic times- Pune, pune times and relevant supplements such as education times, times property, classifieds on epaper available on site- http://epaper.timesofindia.com/
But, from last 15 days, i am not able to see epaper for Pune. We are basically from Pune but currently stay in Bangalore. It was good to see Times of India, pune on epaper website. Please...

I am a subscriber of TOI 6 months subscription. I have recently changed my address from TARNAKA to ATTAPUR and informed the TOI office and the area executive about the change and they promised to deliver the paper to the new address from a tomorrow that never comes. Worse so they do not lift their phones to recieve the complain....
