I have subscribed to Times Of India's 6-months subscription scheme for getting news papers at Madhapur, Hyderabad after paying the appropriate amount to the agent. My subscriber Id is 11491. And subscription started from 1st Feb08'. Per this subscription, I should have received paper continuosly till 31st July 08', without paying any extra money.
But, From the day I have taken this service, I am running into trouble. Out of 30 days in a month, I hardly receive papers for max 20 days. Rest of the time, there is no paper. When I call up the agent, he says that he will deliver it from next morning, and again there is no paper.
Now, on 1st June, I have shifted my house from Madhapur to Malaysian Township, Kukatpally. So I called up the TOI customer care at[protected] on 3rd of June to intimate them regarding my change of addredd. I have spoken to a lady called Ms. Sandhya. She assured me that the process would take 10 days and I will start getting paper after 10 days. So I waited till 14th. But received no paper. So I called up customer care again, and spoken to Ms. Sandhya again, and she again assured that she has spoken to the area executive and from next morning I will start getting papers. But i din't receive any papers. So I called up agai and I got the same answer from Ms. Sandhya. And I have called up more that 20 times now and got the same reply everytime.
So I finally have taken the number of TOI's area executive for Kukatpally, Mr. Vijay Krishna's number, which is [protected] and called him up on 1st July. He assured that he has my details, and I will get my paper from next morning itself. But again I din't receive anything. So I called him up again, and he again replied the same.
And fianlly, today it is 22nd of July 08' and till now I have not received even a single copy of Times Of India news paper, since 1st of June 08'. I called up Mr. Vijay Krishna again today, and he again replied the same to me. But I know that I am not going to get my paper tomorrow also. So 2 months are gone without news paper, out of my 6 months subscription!! But my question is, WHEN AM I GOING TO GET M Y PAPER???? It is 2 months now, and they are still not able to deliver my regular copy of the news paper.
I think this is TOI's new money making business, where, once you pay the money in advance for subscription, they forget about you!!
So now, is there anyone who can help me out on this???? Can I have some justice done on my part???? Please help me if possible!!

Message i dont mine to say that i did a mistake after choosing reliance from last six months i am followiing with your staff regarding network problem at my home but always getting false information regarding network problem i am facing the following problem call drop due to network problem to receive the call i have to stay at one place at any time i move my clall is drop which i very irritating and increasing my phone bill as the result of call drop i have to again redial your back office staff is following for payments even after depositing the payment the most horrible experience of my life i am submitting this complaint to your if does not resolve within one wk i will take this matter to consumer court. this all is effecting my mental peace, monitory loss and harrasement. kindly do the needful.
