I have paid annual subscription for TOI newspaper vide order no.10425 cheque given on 4 th Feb 2021 with implementation date of 16th Feb 2021.

But so far, Times of India newspaper supply/delivery is is not implemented so far.

I request you to supply newspaper without further delay.

I have subscribed online, the yearly subscription for Times of India, Chennai,
Received confirmation mail from acknowledging the receipt of the same(copy attached for reference).
Inspite of sending mails to CRM-Chennai Times of India, I am receiving the reminder mail and sms alerts.
I have no option but to escalate the matter to stop the nuisance and non-sense mails.

Please do the needful.

Self had taken subscription of 3 years from 17th Jan 2020. The vendor did not supply last April, May 2020 and again now again he stopped in Jan all of a sudden. Till today he has not supplied. After approaching him, he is adamant and not ready to supply the paper. My subscription customer I'd no is [protected]. Kindly look into this matter as fail to understand how he can take this decision of stopping the supply. Kindly urgently check and revert with the reply.

I have made online payment for 6 months subscription. But still news paper is not delivered at my place. I have already registered a complaint yesterday and i was told that newspaper will be delivered today, but even today it is not delivered. My complaint number is 00539574. Please share me local vendors contact number from where the newspaper is going to be delivered. I have attached the payment receipt below.

Hello, my newspaper delivery agency/vendor is now asking me to pay Rs. 20 extra per month on top of the newspaper bill as "delivery charges".
The reason I was told - "everyone pays it here" - that's all!
And he said that it is being enforced by the newspaper company i.e. Times of India.
This is astonishing, why all of a sudden is he asking for delivery charges? I have my knows living in the same city who get doorstep delivery of paper without paying anything extra.
Is TOI responsible for charging this extra amount?
My vendor has said that he will not deliver newspaper to me because I refuse to pay the made-up extra charge.
Please look into this

Order No #TS0020161, Non Receipt of newspaper for more than one month. No response from times. Paid for year but not even got copies for 20 days properly. wrote email about the issue but no use / response . No refund from them if tgey can't. If this platform will help will be great.

The Co Win portal has no such specification the vaccination needs to be taken at the same pin code where you are residing.
Even after getting clarification from Manjunath prasad BBMP commissioner confirming that no such rule exist. Sunita Rao has erred in giving Such a headline. Wonder what happened to the editor.
Wei seniors seek an apology for the above statement which was not in good taste and more for a publicity

As per annual subscription offer, Singer iron box is not yet delivered despite repetitive reminders.
I am completely unsatisfied with the customer service team. I will think twice before any further subscription.
Either you deliver the iron box in the next two day or refund my money and cancel the subscription.

We are not in receipt of times of india paper and economic times since last one month from our vendor.
I would like you to extend our subscription by one month

Paid two year subscription in Dec'20 effective 1.2.21 to 31.1.23.

Yet to get the coupon. So many mails sent and they say they are sending but not yet received

This is to bring to your notice there is a big racket going on for the TOI 2YRS SUBSCRIPTION .

I would like to narrate my side of the story, one person who introduced himself as the TOI Executive Mr. bipin tiwari asked me to take a 2 yrs subscription of Toi for Rs.1398 in which there was a free gift and i agreed to take the subscripion of 2 yrs on the assurance that i would get a gift worth Rs.1500/- to Rs.1800/- .And he had told me that the gift will come in 15 days but now almost 5 months have passed and i am still awaiting my gift after 15 days this guy stopped taking my calls and i got hold of him last week and he guided me to Mr.sagar and he also has stopped responding to my phone and then i got in touch with mr. manoj mishra who also gave me a assurance that he will look into the matter and now also he has stopped responding to my calls and he is telling my no and email is not registered with them . I gave him the bank statement clearly showing the date of clearance of cheque now what i understand is they are a group in toi who dont register customers mobile number and email id and address and take away the gifts for themselves.

I'm not getting paper from past 20days.im have done subscription for 6months.still it is due till april.but I'm not getting paper.i contacted my delivery boy he said that he did not get my name in the list.so contacted the office person, he said will take care of it.but till now no action on it.that person is not even receiving my call now.i want action on my complaint

Not received newspaper. Please act on this ASAP. Payment made on March 1st. Include papers from march 1st till date.

I made a subscription and has been a week still not getting paper delievered

Iam p. Vijay Gopi with subscription ID#30966241 resident in Nizampet.

Iam not receiving Times of India news paper regularly. Even if I received iam getting only first page and last page and from two days iam getting eenadu and Sakshi news paper. If I want those papers I can subscribe what is the need of paying my sweat to you guys. Be responsible and authentic your service to customers. Don't be irresponsible

This is not the first instance as a valuable customer iam giving excuse by not escalating to your higher authority's.

Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

We've filled a form for a scheme of yearly subscription of TOI for Rs699/_ a month back. The cheque got Debited on 12 feb and we were told that the delivery will begin from 16feb but it never happened. When the executive who got the form filled was contacted, we were told that due to increased number of applications, the delivery will begin from 22 Feb. But till date, we've not received the newspaper even for a single day. A serious service lapse from a brand like TOI..KINDLY REFUND OUR AMOUNT AS NOW WE ARE HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS ABOUT GOING FOR SUCH A BRAND THAT HARDLY CARES FOR KEEPING UP TO ITS COMMITMENTS !!!

I took a yearly subscription to TOI of 490 rs for 12 months on 1st Feb, 2021. I was supposed to receive newspaper daily morning via door delivery. However, I have not received any newspaper..not even once. It has been almost a month since I made the payment for the subscription and I have not received any paper till now.

When I enquired about this with the agent to whom I paid, he was utterly rude and arrogant towards me....

Today i have not received the paper TOI.
I called the vendor sekar. He said he will bring. But not .

These type of non delivery happened many times and i have also reportes to gour office. Poor response from your end

Despite your intervention, TIMES OF INDIA circulation dept has not corrected my mobile number and email id in the SMS sent to me fir renewal if subscription.

It is highly harassing to see the same reminder with the above mistakes repeatedly.

If TOI things I am not a desirable subscriber, let them say so. I will read some other news paper.
