Today, the newspaper do not delivered in our house why?

I am VELURI MURTHY. My subscriber ID is VZ[protected]. I paid Rs500 as Annual Subscription of Times of India Print Version to Mr KVV Satyanarayana (phone: [protected]) at Rajahmundry by end-January. I got a text message that the delivery of newspaper will start from 3/2/2021. But, the paper is not delivered at all. When I contacted him, he said Mr Srinu Babu (phone: [protected]) is responsible for my area (near AVA Road). I called Mr Babu several times yesterday and today. The phone is switched off! I messaged him on whatsapp, but no response. Please help. My phone is [protected]. email is [protected]@gmail.com.

My Name is Chander Shekhar Kapoor, I live in BH-440 east shalimar bagh, Delhi-110088. Our News Paper agent Umesh Pandey used to charge us rupess 150/- per month for Hindi paper named, Nav Bharat Times. But In december 2020 he told us about a scheme in which he said if we give him rupess 1540/-, he will give us two newspapers i.e, Hindi(Nav Bharat Times) & English(The Times Of India) and also he said we will recieve a free voucher and a gift too but till date we didn't received any gift or any free voucher. So I request you to please look upon my case. I will be highly obliged.

I subscribed to TOI newspaper on Oct 10, 2020. But have not received the paper at all. Tracked it for 4 weeks, and they said they will refund the money on Nov end. But from Nov 2020 end till now I have not got my refund. I am tracking this every week, and the BLR CRM says finance dept approval is pending. I am not even sure if they are telling the truth. This is the worst service I experienced from any company, including govt agencies.

I finally asked for full refund of money, and they said they initiated the refund. But I havent got any acknowledgement or communication from them about refund. Please ack the compliant and refund my money. I am attaching order details below. I have asked for full refund and they agreed. I havent received a single copy of paper and the local agent here is saying he cannot supply paper. Please refund my money and acknowledge this compliant immediately. The order number is TS0018385 .

We did subscription last year in July . For the month of July till early August we didn't receive newspapers then after lot of trial we got it but now again from Jan 2021 we are not getting and no body attends the call for complaint.

From last Wednesday I am not receiving daily news paper I have called customer care but there is no response so kindly revert in this matter and do the needful.

This refers to my above email a few weeks back regarding the subscription of Times daily. I have been getting my subscription from January 22ndat my new address in Thane. But to my surprise the vendor is asking for delivery charges as against the promise to us at the time of subscription. As per the subscription, when a customer subscribes to the newspaper, its delivery at home and not at your delivery centre. Hence I am not ready to pay...

Subject line of the News article dated on 13th October 2019: “TTD to take back prime land alotted for spiritual park”

On 13th October 2019, there was a news published in TOI which is wrong.

As per the news the TTD is going to take back the land allotted to Devlok spiritual park but this land is no way related to TTD.

Devlok got this land on lease from Tourism...

I took Prepaid subscription after Times of India Request and they committed that from 1st of Feb you will receive news paper at your residence. However till date no news paper I received.
I also complaint to your customer care desk before writing this complaint.

Still I called to your customer care team but no one picked up the call even after 10 minutes I started the call.

I have taken the annual subscription of TOI ( CD[protected] and my registered Ph is [protected]. I have received a confirmation of getting the delivery of newspaper effective 2nd Feb 2021 but somehow i have not been getting the same till now.
I have already raised a compliant with your customer care and i had been promised that it will started from 04th Feb 2021. But still the status is same.
I have been trying to contact the person who visited my place and took money and and done the transaction but shockingly since 2nd he is not picking my phone. is this the way we are treating your customer,
This is not about money but seriously have not expected such sort of approach from a reputed and renowned brand like TOI. I have been reading it from last 6 10 years and its first time i went for online annual subscription., and overall a frustrating experience till now.

I have renewed my subscription during June 2020. Since then, I have not been receiving the newspaper regularly.

Later, the delivery of newspaper has completely stopped since December 2020 first week.

Even after sending complaint email to their customer care email id, there has been absolutely no improvement in the service.
I am again requesting Times of India to cancel my subscription immediately and refund the amount due to me at the earliest.

I am a TOI newspaper subscriber for 2 years. sometimes it is regular and sometimes it is not. I have not received my paper since 27th Jan till date (3rd Feb 2021). Also there were non deliveries on 16th and 25th Jan. Though I am daily trying to contact customer care, it is hard to reach them as no customer care representative will be available and they do not call back. Dropped emails to CRM, Readerconnect and greivance mail ids. No response. When raised this issue to TOI twitter handle they requested contact number and when it was shared no one contacted on it. This is really pathetic customer service.

The Times of India newspaper subscription was paid for one year from 1st February 2021 to 31st January 2022 by cheque addressing to Times of India through agent contact number: [protected]. From last four days there was no delivery of newspaper. The earlier newspaper
subscription was there till 31st January 2021. Kindly take necessary action. For further details contact Ramana with number [protected].

TOI, Vadodara, Gujarat daily edition drt, 29'Jan'2020 carries page extension beyond standard size of remaining pages, which makes troublesome to hold the paper comfortably in position to read other pages. Why such extra size of a page? Just for an advertisement ?.
Please stop such practice & keep uniform size of all pages.This has become a regular practice, which makes reader uncomfortable.

I have not received the free gift so far which was promised to be delivered and which was a part of the yearly subscription. In spite of sending multiple emails I am only getting an reply that the issue will be resolved, however it's not resolved yet!

We are having subscription of 2 years for Times of India (an all days) Economic Times (Monday- Saturday) and Mumbai Mirror on Sunday.

We are having this subscription since last several years.

Previously it was in name of Maheshwari share & Stock Brokers Pvt Ltd. Later it was renewed under Rajesh Tulsiram Maheshwari.

We have paid an amount of Rs.2524/- vide cheque No. 452368 dated[protected] drawn on State Bank of India in favour of BCCL. The said cheque was debited on[protected]. Our newspaper vendor is Mr. Avdesh. The above payment was for two years.

However due to lockdown, we have not received newspaper from[protected] to[protected]. As such we have not received newspaper for more seven months while we have paid money for the same we request you to please extend our subscription for the above period.

On my request, I received 15 months subscription format for TOI and NBT,
And submitted it on 7/11/2020 (date may vary for a day or two) through online payment as per demand and for the same acknowledgement was received here.
Now, after sometimes I requested one Mr. Saini (person at your office) who had sent me the format and had given me his whtsp no.for any further quarry.
Thereafter repeated reminders...

Dear times of India,

My Subscription I.d [protected] by name Satyendra Kumar gupta was started on Date : 16/11/19 but newspaper started me one month later it was in December 2019, for which I have given complain at that time and I received a call from your representative Mr. Manoj Mishra he told it will be extended one month more in end when subscription will completed.
And also during lockdown I was not getting newspaper almost 3 month it got started me from 01/07/2020 Wender told this 3 month will be extended further more.
But not due date is completed nor your representative is responding to my call even wender is also not delivering the newspaper as he promised to do .

Please do the needful .

Fyki... i order a news paper for 6 months ID - CH[protected], but i never got a single paper, why!... many companies got one mail, he take action immediately, for the first time i am sending many mails to you, but i never got solution... i really fed up...
