There is clearly mentioned on top page, reader will get Maharashtra times instead of economic times in times of India news paper, but vendors are denied the same thing. This is showing how we indian s, specifically such full news paper brand, are motivating youths towards future world which is completely in dark.
From today on words a iam not going to by times news, I will enjoy it on digital platforms.

    I subscribed Times of India newspaper through Online on 15.04.2023 and paid one year subscription. I got message from Times of India that my subscription will start from 23.04.2023 itself. Till now I not yet received. In this regard I registered a complaint through Customer care service on 24.04.2023(complaint no:[protected] and then there is no response from your side. I made a call more than 10 times to customer care and their response is not all satisfactory.

    Please arrange to supply newspaper immediately or refund my money.

      From the beginning of economics times subscription, haven't recieved paper properly .this was escalated multiple time to crm but no proper response so far .kindly cancel the subscription and send me remaining amount .

        Regarding non delivery of newspaper from 24 APR 2023, I have registered a case with Times of India office. case id 01195237 on 26 Apr 2023. No action taken. So have requested for cancellation of subscription. They replied action will be taken. But still now, no action taken. Kindly do the needful for refund of my amount by cancelling the subscription.

            Subscription refund pending since 2 months

            I have waited a long time of more than 45 days as per your email.Furthermore I have been speaking with your CRM staff(Sonia, Akaksha, Mayuri etc)and Tulip Raut Madam etc only to be given assurance and buying time of furthermore few days, 5 days and 10-15 days thru email, watsapp etc.Now its almost 2 months since 9 th March of your first commitment.Only reply l get is it is pending with Finance department.             I just want to reiterate what scores of readers have said: we are being overcharged by our local vendors.
            The vendor charges a flat Rs 195 for toi, irrespective of whether the month has 28, 30 or 31 days, or even if the papers are delivered at all. If we question him, we are threatened, and told to take it or leave it.
            It is, therefore, with great regret, after deciding enough is enough, that I am going to cancel my subscription to what has been a family staple for at least 80 years.

                  I have done payment on 3rd April for 6 Month TOI new paper subscription but got newspaper only for two days(21st and 23rd April). I had raised Multiple complaints and had a word with area manager Sravan but no use. Even he stopped attending my calls.

                  Dropped multiple mails to below email
                  crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com

                  But it seems these people always sleep and never check mail...raised around 100 complaints but no use.

                  Around 100 times called to Area manager Sraven but no use.

                  Whole System TOI is sleeping and I am suffering because of that.
                  Neither they are delivering new paper not reimburing my Money.

                      Hi Sir/Madam,

                      I paid Rs.1, 149/- on 13-Apr-2023 before 11 AM based on the commitment that paper will be delivered on or before 06.45 AM from 14-Apr-2023 onwards from your executive.

                      But paper is not delivered till date as per your commitment.

                      Find various registration ID of my case with CRM, but no response from your end.

                      Requesting for cancellation of my subscription, and refund of Rs. 1, 149/- without further delay.

                      No more case registration and false commitment is expected. Such a bad experience with Times group for the first time in my experience.

                      Please do the needful at the earliest.

                        I was out of station and vendor didnot deliver copies for several days. The Area Manager did not care even to see my SMS My subscription is alive and in effect till 15/08/2023.

                            I have taken a 3 year subscription for TOI newspaper in chennai on Febraury. But in March paper delivery got stopped and for more than a month now the paper is not delivered. Even complaint has been raised with TOI customer care within 3 days the newspaper not getting delivered. Still the issue is not resolved. Even there is no response from the area manager Sivaraj for Kundrathur area. Whenever we call to the customer care they are just replying that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours. And if we send mail to CRM.[protected]@timesgroup.com they will reply that the complaint has been escalated to area manager or regional manager but not sure how many they will escalate the same issue to the respective managers. Not sure how long they will take time to resolve the issue.

                            Very similar experience like with Mr Jayaprabhu Vadivelu. TOI is far from having a profeessional attitude. They are good in only despatching polite responses...and that is all.

                                I had made payment for Rs. 4888 towards gift subscription of 24 months newspaper on 02.10.2022.
                                It was acknowledged by TOI by email and SMS assigning GS 0003266.
                                On not receiving any coupons, I contacted customer care who informed me that the subscription is rejected as form is incomplete .I should send my details to CRM Delhi for refund.
                                I have done it multiple times since Nov. 22 giving all payment particulars such as credit card statement and transaction ID.
                                I have also called them at least 20 times everytime being informed to do it again.
                                CRM Delhi does not even reply to my emails.

                                  We have a TOI doorstep newspaper delivery for a year with Subscription ID MU[protected]. But the agent fail to delivery the newspaper every one day in a week. We tried to discuss the issue with the delivery agent but facing the same issue again and again. Kindly look into the matter or please change the delivery agent. Waiting for a positive response....

                                  We have been getting Times of India Newspaper but without the supplementary Papers . As the number of pages in the Newspaper shows 18pages we only receive 15pages papers and where are the rest pages? I see no proper service rendered with the money charged.
