I am regularly subscribing annually for TOI English news paper, CHENNAI EDITION & I have renewed for this year also from 15.12.22 to 14.12.23. I have done the renewal through the link sent by TOI & I have remitted the amount through my HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD.

Since I am aged 70, i am planning to go & settle with my son at Australia.
I request you to cancel the auto debit Authority given at the time of renewal. I am giving below my subscription details.

I have subscribed for Daily Economic times newspaper, I haven’t received it and instead they give us Times of India newspaper and its not even regular, the subscription is for all 7 days for one year but they put it alternate days

My subscription for TOI ends in Oct23. However vendor has stopped paper.
I complained on crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com four days back but with no result.
How can a newspaper like TOI remain insensitive to their regular yearly subscriber over such petty issue ?
I think you are loosing credibility & I may not continue with your paper from next year.

I have been a TOI newspaper subscriber for over 10 yrs now. While trying to renew my subscription online, I noticed that my mobile number saved on the system is incorrect and wanted the customer care to update it. strangely they mention that it is not possible which is ridiculous.
Both numbers on my customer id captured by TOI are incorrect. not sure which sort of defunct systems TOI are using in this digital age. I am looking for a resolution to this issue at the earliest.

I'm residing in chennai and subscribed to times of india newspaper. The delivery was expected to start from dec 1st 2022 but it was still not started and more than 1 month i am behind the customer service team and they are not resolved the issue. If they are unable to deliver newspaper i need refund. If they are ready then i need the newspaper to be delivered for the 1 year from the date they start delivery. Please help me to solve the issue. I had paid an amount for an annual subscription of Times Of India Newspaper on 08-Dec-2022. There was no response from Times Of India after the payment was done. I just received a message for an annual subscription message request. When I enquired TOI on 19-Dec-2022, I was informed that in my area annual subscription is not supported. I asked for the REFUND in that case. TOI said that it will be processed in 3 to 4 business days. But till...

I have taken 6 month subscription for physical newspaper delivery on 21st December 2022.The payment was done on that day.Still the physical delivery has not started yet.You debit the money in the name of subscription but delivery has not started.It has been 5-6 days.

I had taken the Subscription of TOI at my address but now i have shifted my residence to a new address and i want to update my delivery address as no one stays at my old address. Kindly help me with changing the place of delivery.

I live in Daman. I came to this place in April '21. With much difficulty I could find a Vendor to give me TOI at my doorstep from Dec 01. To my surprise I do not get Economic Times or Maharashtra times from Monday to Saturday and Sunday Mumbai mirror or Ravivar Maharashtra times on Sundays for the price of Rs. 7 from Monday to Saturday and Rs. 8 on Sundays. According to the vendor this facility is only for those living in Mumbai. This leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Any justification? Hard to digest.

Unable to copy the stories into my notepad...getting error

I have placed my prepaid order for economics times on 25th Oct 2022. I have not received first copy of paper yet, it's almost a month now.

I have reached multiple times to customer care and always they were saying we have forwarded your request to Pune team. No one from Pune team have contacted me on this issue and didn't even respond to my email.

I kindly request you to please look into this matter urgently and solve the issue as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you. It's causing me a lot of stress and frustratarion even after it's prepaid order.

If you don't want to give newspaper then please cancel my subscription and refund my money ASAP.

My subscription was due on 26th Nov 2022. Hence, the company Times of India had sent me a email informing me of the same and further had asked me to renew the services before 26th Nov 2022.
I renewed the same online and received the receipt of the same.
However, when I try to log in, it doesn't log in. Infact, it asks me to again pay for and renew my subscription.
