Our multiple complaints has yielded no results till date and time. On our various complaints mentioned below-

I have taken one year news paper subscription (Id-ch[protected] which started from 23.06.2019, but still i have not received any news paper from times of india.in this regard i made 5-6 time complaint but every time they are telling that next day news paper will be delivered to me but still i have not received any news paper..
Plz do the needful....

I have talked to customer support multiple times and got multiple case numbers
They have identified the new representative concerned for the new location
But no response/resolution

I have paid money for rs.500/- for one year subscription for daily news paper. But i have not receiving news paper from last 2 months. I have contacted concern ed money received person over phone many times. He has not answered.

I have paid for annual service for times of india news paper in hyderabad and experienced the worst time to receive a paper.

Since last two and half months... I'm not getting paper. Submitted 3 complaints and seen no progress. Twice executive mentioned we will ask our manager for status and i get you a call. No response even after repeated complaints. Asked them to refund the money if they can't serve.

Hi Since more than a month i have been following up with your customer service department (email id: crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com) for newspaper delivery which has been stopped since 14th June. Until date there has been no resolution and every time i am getting false assurance of getting the issue resolved. The complaint number is 00070818 . There is a SMS which i keep getting that my complaint number has been reopend every 2-3 days . No idea what...

Very sorry to say that your management/team has failed to get me my favorite toi daily news paper at ananadashray society, adjacent to jal vayu vihar, sector phi-ii, greater noida pin 201308 despite my best perusal during the last one week.

Though 02 phone calls did come but it appears as if those people are either not able to fix the problem or given it up to resolve the issue.

I paid rs. 499.00 for yearly subscription of the times of india and the economics time on last[protected] through net banking. But no coupon received yet. My vendor asked for the coupon, i could not give him the coupons.
I have no any evidence except bank transaction.

On 13 th July 19, I went to "Has South Bombay"
restaurant in Pune with my family and friends. They denied accepting Dineout payment. ( I had e voucher won for happy times contest). While the dineout app clearly shower them as a franchisee to accept, they gave no reasons to deny us. No help came from either Times of India or Dineout.

I am sugata basu, paid for toi coupons on 16/06/2019 and yet to get the coupons in hand. However, my vendor has continued to deliver the paper but is going to stop very soon. My subscriber id is ko[protected].
The helpline number did not help at all. Everytime i called up their helpline number given in the message, it always throws up into a voice recorded and upon choosing call back, the call never comes...

. Really pathetic service and response from you and your team. It has been since 20 days my subscription got active of times of india news paper but i have not received newspaper till date. It has been around 7 days i gave mail but still no response from your team neither your customer service number is working.in this case what to do. Just by luck, only one time it was answered on last monday and your team has assured that newspaper delivery...

I have registered for a yearly subscription dated on 16.05.2019 till 15.05.2020. Paper was distributed from 07.06.2019, that too after so many follow ups, calls which was initiated everyday as a routine job to rajarajan and suresh. Paper is not distributed on all the sundays. If inquired, these two persons are switching off their phones. And also if asked about the refund of the money and cancellation of yearly subscription, both rajarajan...

We have subscribed for toi newspaper this year april 2019 by paying the 599/- inr annual subscription however the vendor who drop the daily new paper hardly drop paper once a week and now almost stopped from last 3 months.
When i reached to the your distributer mr. Pachaiappan (Toi) who picked the cheque he also not responding to my query and not responding to our phone calls. Seems like very irresponsible response for their (Toi)...
