Hi times of india. I would like to bring to your attention the pathetic services provided by your distributors in greater noida area. We ordered the coupons for economic times. Cheque of rs 499 was collected on may 30, 2019 with the assurance for delivering the coupons in june and starting to dispense the paper by 1st of july 2019. Cheque was cleared by 18th june 2019. Even after repeated follow-ups via whats app messages and calls coupons were never delivered until now (5th aug). The distributor from toi which i am in touch with is mr abhishek tyagi. Even after several followups, he can not deliver the coupons. Requesting you to kindly look in to the matter and improve your services.

Happy times contest answers are send on time well before 11 am, at or before 9 am, and they are all correct, but the answer is not acknowledged and are recd with a receipt, later than 11 am and then the message is acknowledged that answers are wrong and recd later than 11 am... All answers and acknowledge mental proofs are available... Mobile no is [protected]... Practically all answers are send after reading your newspaper... Even then they are mentioned in correct... Then they are intentionally recd after 11 am even though time is well b4 9 am, sending... This is pure cheating... These is clear police complaint under balant cheating...

My name is sachin khare resident of b-103 premises residency sector 11. We have taken annual subscription of the times of india this year starting from jan month approx. But the vendor gives the paper very late. I requested him several times to give the paper before 8 am. But he always comes after 8 and no one remains at home since we both husband and wife are working. He is also very rude in behaviour his name is shivkumar.
He said today you complaint to whomever you want nothing will happen. Since i have already paid in advance i am not able to control him. If no action is taken against him. Then i request you to refund my entire amount or else make arrangement to drop newspaper till 7:30 at least

I have subscribed for 1 year for toi and ahmedabad times in may 2019 however due to toi's internal. Issue they could not deliver newspaper at my home. When i called his marketing person mr. Manoj patel based at ahmedabad office in sakar 1, ashram road about the query he was not answering me properly and told refund my money. After 2 month i have still not received my money back and manoj patel is not answering my call as well. Hecheated me by giving wrong commitment and also spoils company's reputation

Sir i am mukesh chand pathanaia with my refrence i started the newspaper of my friend at mohali industrial area 8b plot no f204 name daljeet sing samrao on june 2019 but now up to this time my friend donot get any news paper... And from that day i am contenously touch with your care ecxectiv but they are not taking any action to solve out my problem now after this complaint i will go to consumer court so thats my last complaint and last day after that i will take harm step againest your company...

Inspite of my earlier complaint dated 24.07.2019, i have not been receiving my regular copy of toi. Newspapers are delivered only the following day or two after the complaint has been mailed. Over the past one & a half month i have not received nearly 20 issues of the day. I would like you to give me the agent official no. For contact.

I am sorry to say, i regret having renewed my subscription.

Is charging rs.30/- as service charge every month from all society members against supply of your newspaper.

No other agent is allowed by him to be replaced.

I am having a TOI annual subscrption since last 5 year and earlier doing through cheque payment.In the current year after getting mail from your side I have made on line payment.The payment details are as under.

On 29.06.19 I have made payment of Rs 720/- through HDFC Netbanking through your link sent to me regd mail vide doc[protected] with a description remarks "[protected]- PAYTMEPAPERTIMESGROU"I have not received coupons and even inspite of many queries through phone call/e mails no body is responding.Sometimes back one Ms Prerona was responding to my mail but she is not responding now.

It's unhertening to get a treatment like such from TOI office realy not expected.It is requested to look into the matter and address suitably.

I book my copy of the times of india at the special subscription price of rs 399/- for 12 months on 13.06.2019 and payment is made by the card. My order no. Cch0009686.

They promise at the time of booking that coupons of subscription will be received within one month and we do not pay cash to the distributor for one year but no coupon received till 31st july 2019. I complaint telephonic four times till now on their number[protected] which is provided on the receipt of booking. Their phone number is not contactable easily. After 20-25 times of attempt they receive the call.

After fourth call and tell them i will complain in the consumer court then they listen my problem and said me that my order is on hold but do not tell me the reason. They further asked if confirmation call is received and i reply in affirmative.

They have very poor response team to listen complaint.
They promote misleading advertisement policy for subscription booking.
They have arrogant and inefficient employees.

Sewer mixed with drinking water in pkt-b-6, sector-4, rohini for the last one week.
Our multiple complaints has yielded no results till date and time. On our various complaints mentioned below-

I have taken one year news paper subscription (Id-ch[protected] which started from 23.06.2019, but still i have not received any news paper from times of india.in this regard i made 5-6 time complaint but every time they are telling that next day news paper will be delivered to me but still i have not received any news paper..
Plz do the needful.

They have identified the new representative concerned for the new location

I have paid for annual service for times of india news paper in hyderabad and experienced the worst time to receive a paper.

Since last two and half months... I'm not getting paper. Submitted 3 complaints and seen no progress. Twice executive mentioned we will ask our manager for status and i get you a call. No response even after repeated complaints. Asked them to refund the money if they can't serve.

Surprise is, i called to check the status of my complaint and executive mentioned your subscription will expire in september 2019.in last 10 months hardly i have seen for 2 months paper being supplied to me.

Initially services started after two months when i took the subscription.

It was never delivered regularly.
I had to call customer service chasing with requests to send me paper regularly.

Such a worst experience made me realize... I could have gone for a quick walk and bought any news paper of my choice.

Representatives who are responsible to fix the issue of service matter couldn't resolve this, i'm surprised. Is sending paper is a real concern, asked to cancel my subscription and return my money.

I seriously took a wrong decision by going for annual subscription. I stopped existing service of another paper and realized this is stupid decision to opt for toi annual service.

I feel sick with service of toi paper. Rather i'd recommend any other service which is atleast a near match to buy in nearest store.

Thanks for all lazy service at toi staff do.
I'm saying this out of experience with staff like managers, sravan and srinivas are two people who never bothered to fix this even after escalating in hyderabad branch responsible for hyderabad location.

Even as an escalation point of contact srinivas couldn't fix my problem..

Recently i had subscribed for times of india by paying amount of rs. 1450 by cheque of icici bank account debited from my account dated 29th may 2019.

But till date i haven't update for my subscription coupon as well as assured gift i. E. 2 double bed sheets assured by vendor. After multiple follow up i got no. From vendor officer manish panday mb no [protected]. He said that he will get back to me but till date he has not picked my phone again

Can you look into matter and resolve this immediately.

Hi Since more than a month i have been following up with your customer service department (email id: crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com) for newspaper delivery which has been stopped since 14th June. Until date there has been no resolution and every time i am getting false assurance of getting the issue resolved. The complaint number is 00070818 . There is a SMS which i keep getting that my complaint number has been reopend every 2-3 days . No idea what does it mean when the complaint itself is not closed. Can someone take this seriously and help me with the resolution.

Very sorry to say that your management/team has failed to get me my favorite toi daily news paper at ananadashray society, adjacent to jal vayu vihar, sector phi-ii, greater noida pin 201308 despite my best perusal during the last one week.

Though 02 phone calls did come but it appears as if those people are either not able to fix the problem or given it up to resolve the issue.

I hope your office influence would be able to resolve the issue at the earliest.

I am Santhoshi Guda, I have subscribing news paper from last 3 years. From last 2 months I am not receiving the news paper from the distributor.
I have subscribed again for this year as your sales executive promised that I will receive the paper daily and I will get one month extra as I am not receiving the paper from last 2 months.
