This is gentle reminder of my previous complaint. Suscription no. [protected].
I am residing a1-1603, klj greens, block-a, sector-77, faridabad - 121004. Vendor demanding extra 200 rs. With every scheme and stopped our both news paper. Please do the needfull.
My self narender singh and lives in klj greens, faridabad city.
Here vendor have started monopoly demanding extra rs. 200 and in case of denied he stopped my newspaper. He says no one can give you newspaper except him. Please help.
In advance i have already given renew amount of newspaper.

I have subscribed for times of india newspaper for one year. I haven't received the newspaper from 5th april 2018. I have taken up the matter with madurai, trichy office of times of india but of no avail.
Times of india personnel speak politely and assure that the newspaper will be delivered to me but till date i haven't received the newspaper.
I therefore request you to cancel my subscription and refund the amount due to me, so that i can buy the newspaper from the nearest dealer on daily basis.

I wanted to subscribe to both toi and et at hyderabad. I have visited toi hyderabad twice and also, a lot of kojoling, sri vamsi ([protected]) visited my premise about 10 days back and i was told that they will come in two days.

As you are in the business of communication and your own staff does not serve the customers properly.

Please look into and see that necessary service is provided immediately.

I have given cheque to rakesh sukhija for annual subscription of news paper of rs 799 vide cheque no.315439 dt 16/01/18. Money has been deducted from account on 16/01/18. I have not received coupon yet. I have contacted above said person several times but not got any positive answer from him. My address is appended below

I am very old user (Since 2002) of toi and nav newspaper.
Suddenly our vendor (Mr. Harjeet - [protected] / [protected]) demanding rs. 200 extra with every scheme. I denied him. So he stopped our both news paper since last sunday and mis-behaved us.
In advance i have already given renew amount for nav.
Please sir help me and do the needful. If there is no solution, pls refund my money.

The photo on page 4 on myrid hues of vishu, doesn't look traditional, this isn't the traditional dress of women in kerala, they wear set saree or set and munde, please don't spoil the traditional look of kerala by posting pictures irrelevant to the culture. The kerala women are known for their particular saree which is generally off white in colour which is a very unique feature of god's own country.

I have approached by my toi person for issue of coupons, i issued a chq of rs. 1193 of icici bank chq dated 27/03/2018, no. 012456, assuring my news paper will start in april 2018, but till date i have not received my coupons. There is no service to check or contact any body online. Such big company & no track of payment & coupons. Need a urgent attention of seniors of the company to resolve my query.

The agent : jai durga press world point blank told me that he will not supply times of india and economic times in the combo rate of rs. 7/-.
I have to take it at individual rates
The agent distributes times of india and economic times in mahagun moderne, sector78, noida.
How can one of your agents be out right rude and go against the company's policy.
Would request you to immediately intervene in person and resolve the issue.
Don't want to make it a society issue or a consumer forum issue.

This is the 3rd annual subscription i have registered with times of india... I have enrolled for last yearly subscription 2 months back and for the past more than one month i have not received paper. I have lost the number of the contact person.

I got a subscription message on 3rd of march but haven’t received the coupons yet. I don’t know why this happens with me every year when i subscribe for the newspaper. Please look into the matter.
Every year i face this issue don’t know whether you all have the intent to resolve it or not.

I would like to bring the following to the notice of concerned authorities.

I am a doctor by profession. My clinic, khursheed healthcare is located at mallepally, in the lane opposite to ghmc model market.

In the same lane, the other day when there was a heavy downpour, the tspdcl people had cut the branches of trees to reconstruct the broken connections and since then they have been lying on the footpath. They are infact occupying a large part of the already narrow road, creating a lot of problems to the pedestrians and the vehicles on road. It has been the cause o[censored]nnecessary traffic jams and honking in a previously peaceful lane.

It is very irritating for the patients and their attendants to walk in such a lane or even park their vehicles.

Moreover, it is becoming a breeding ground for flies and mosquitoes, which itself is potentially a health hazard.

I waited these past few days thinking that the ghmc sweepers would remove them eventually.

But even now they are lying in the same state.

I request you to find some place for this grievance in your esteemed newspaper so that it could be brought into the notice of concerned ghmc authorities.

5) daily telephonic discussion held with mr. Rajikant, marketing person of toi, ahmedabad regarding not receiving ahmedabad mirror and ahmedabad times

Mr. Rajnikant came at my house and giving detail of advance subscription scheme for times of india and ahmedabad mirror newspaper on 12/2/18. After that i agreed with him and subscribe times of india and ahmedabad mirror.
I have receiving this papers from last month on daily but ahmedabad mirrors & ahmedabad times not receiving alternate days. This matter asking to mr. Upendra paper dealer, gota area, ahmedabad, mr. Rajnikant marketing peron of toi, ahmedabad & mr. Manoj patel, employee of toi, ahmedabad, he told me that we are looking into the matter and resolve as soon as possible.
I am asking this issue from since last 25 days but all respective (Subjected) person not responding properly and delaying. Also mr. Rajnikant behaving like immature language.
Now, i am fade up of this service and answer given by times of india. This is very disgusting that times of india is doing like this i am very unhappy against your service and support. I want my money back.

Hey, i am amit maan. I have enrolled myself your annual newspaper subscription on dt 02.03.18 and pay a cheque of rs 895.
After that the above said amount is deducted in my account on 17.03.18 but my newspaper has not started till now. I have received a confirmation message from your side and mentioned my i'd. I have been reading your newspaper since 1999 when i was in school and i was a "nie" member. This is the first instance of me being unsatisfied. Sir please check your patna edition, commonwealth games are going on but there is no "medal tally" and "indians at games today" columns. This is really shameful. I request you to kindly rectify as soon as possible.

I have taken your paper against subscription, i have receiving paper from 2 to 3 months daily but now i am not receiving news paper from 16/03/2018 after asking paper dealer he told me that we are not receiving paper from your subscription agent hence we are unable to deliver your paper.

This is very disgusting that times of india is doing like this i am very unhappy against your service. I want my money back.

Who has taken tender in that root but his vehicle in repair some one mediater replaced me temperorly in that root

My subs id is 36274074. I have subscribed for toi newspaper for 1 year from 1.11.17 to 31.10.18. At the time of receiving the cheque from me your sales/marketing person had informed me that i will get a toi travel bag within a month from my subscription date. But till now i have not received the same despite numerous calls and emails. I am extremely frustrated with the very poor response from your team.
