I have paid for annual subscription of times of india on 24th december 2017 starting from 1st january 2018. However, i have not received a single copy of news paper at my doorstep till now. I have contacted your customer care number several times but they couldn't resolve my complaint yet.

I have opted and subscribed for times of india from september 2017 to august 2018 (One year subscription) for my son for appearing the times spark scholarship.

From the day one i am daily chasing the agent for dropping the paper to my house.

His supply of paper is irregular and am not able to read the paper daily, and some times i never get the paper.

Can you kindly look into it.

Please get the comment removed from the news which was published about dr baldev raj. He is a respectable renowned indian scientist. Any such defamatory comments wont be tolerated. I m his granddaughter and i personally is not going to tolerate any random guy saying # about my nanu. I have already flagged it as inappropriate but no action was taken. I will get you guys sued if you don’t take that comment off.

A lesson in how public opinion and perception is formed and manipulated.in headlines of times of india it states, "" *in hr long murder, ex - armyman killed 6*".
The person by the name of dhankar, who was expelled from army in 2003 and joined haryana govt in 2006.in army he would have put in not more than two yrs of service whereas he has put in 11 yrs of service in haryana govt. Logically his ex army status should have figured at the end of the end of the column but what news paper states is that an ex army man and not *serving sdo* of haryana govt has murdered 6 people. What does it communicate? Doesn't it show army in bad light? I leave the judgement to you, i am of the opinion that media is manipulated to show respectable indian institutions including army in such cases in poor light. It is one of the examples.👍🏻

My account has been debited with an amount of rs.795/- for yearly subscription coupon on 20.09.2017 and i have been issued subscription id no.[protected] on 13/10/2017 via sms.
Till today i. E. On 05.01.2018, i have not received any coupon.
This is a serious issue with regard to service provided by such an esteemed company. Almost 3 months have gone, no redressal, no feedback.
Kindly take necessary action for earliest disposal of my complaint.

This is baskar, i'm in kovilambakkam i'm an occur in this area. I'm doing this job last 14 years, but the times of india agent not provide annual subscription copy
To us since 2012. I don't know what the reason he doesn't give the subscription copies to us. So many customers asking me to put times of india but i can't able to put them, for that people i give an alternative paper to them like hindu, deccan, express. So kindly arrange me to put the annual subscription to our customers.

I have not recieved paper despite my subscription cheque getting honoured. The customer care goes silent after a regular line, "we will look into the matter and get back."

Dear sirs
I am a subscriber of times of india for many years. Our agent for our area, kalyan is delivering paper for over 10 years. He is not giving us the bill for payment for many years despite our repeated requests for a very long time. Now he came to us claiming that he has not submitted bill for the last six years and asking us to pay for the last six years at the rate of 7 rupees per paper. Upon my enquiry with few friends of our society i found another two of my friends are also in the same situation.
Kindly advise how to resolve this issue

At the time of purchase phone was successfully activated. (See attachment)

Next day i received sms from jio that this activation rejected due to aadhar data mismatch. I asked to get refund of recharge money from shop from where i purchased. (See attachment)

Shopkeeper re-tried activation on 13.12.2017 & 14.12.2017 but code once used can't be accepted twiced. Therefore, activation is still pending. He told me that he already sent email to concern person of jio. He will called me as soon as he get replied from jio.

I also sent email to at jiocare.com.in each reply they informed me to go store and reactivate phone. (See attachment)

Till date after 14 days this phone is not activated. Shopkeeper not refund my money.

I have recived a gift - bag by corier, that item was defective wheel was missing so i returned to times of india i haven call to [protected] they are not giving proper reply. Two days back i got call from [protected] that we have recived your gift but i am ringing reapetidly no one is picking up the phone. It has been 4 months since i had subscribed to femina megazine. I have already paid the amount online for a year. However i do not get my copy on regular basis tried sending times of india subcription and femina megazine groups mail unlimited number of time. Till date i havent got any response from their side.in the month of november surprisingly i got call from femina. When i told them about my concern she told me that it would be taken care of going forward and gave me a number and email to contact them. However again in the month of dec i din get my copy and tried sending multiple mails to that email address and calling the same number but no repose. Now i do not know who to contact regarding this.

It has come to our attention that few unauthorized individuals/companies are acting as consultants/employees of atlantis exports private limited and posted fake employment opportunities in the name of atlantis exports private limited on toi newspaper mumbai edition.

We have got calls and emails from individuals from mumbai regarding this fake job posting and they were asked to submit some security money, we strongly condemned these fake job postings on toi and we request toi to take corrective actions immediately so the display of this advertisement will not happened again tomorrow.

This advertisement is published on toi newspaper from 13-dec-2017 till today.

Toi should check the legitimacy of any job posting by anyone thoroughly before publishing.

My cheque in the name of toi of ₹ 795 was cleared on 30/1/2017. But till date i have not received any coupons for that and my newspaper vendor is asking for it again and again. I want you to send those coupons as soon as possible. And please try to solve my problem.

My bsnl land line with the number[protected] in satyanarayana nagar, gudimalkapur, mehdipatnam is not working since 10th november 2017, inspite of putting forward the complaint to the concerned authorities there is no rectification. They are constantly telling that due to the lack of labor they are not able to take up the work, which is quite not acceptable. I request the authorities to take up the matter and do the need full

I have yearly subscription with id 35643615 and order form 007489. Today the vendor stopped delivering the issue stating he has not received his payments!! I confronted him and he agreed to deliver but i should lodge a compliant. I asked him where i am connected with your payment?? He said he is helpless.. You lodge a compliant with toi then only you will receive your issue!!! Now what is the remedy??

Recently i have done annual subscription for toi. My vendor name is pramesh, kasavanahalli and lives in owners court, kasavanahalli, bangalore.
After paying full annual subscription fees, i am not receiving toi newspaper because of vendor dont want to do delivery for subscription and make famous.

Their marketing team is unable to handle the vendor and make him to deliver my copies. Contacted mr. Hemant, nandan for this issue but they are not in mood to support and looks to be fearing with vendor. Hemant refuse to share mr. Harish, marketing head no. Also because i want clarity on this after discussing with him. Plz look into same and support.
