Times Of Money Ltd — i purchased an in-game item on pes2020 and didn't receive the item

I purchased two item on pes 2020 and didn't got the item and the money was gone from my bank account both the items costs 2299 rupees each and in one one purchase i do add an google play gift card worth 75 and in the first purchase because of the gift card i lost 2224 rupees and when campaigns both the purchase i lost a total amount of 4523 rupees and i want my money back
