Timesaverz — Customer care

I booked wash and iron on timesaverz and i applied the coupon code and referral wallet money for booking. Both were applicable while booking but when i called the customer care and asked for that she refused and said at a time i can use only one and futher she said that timesaverz app has been updated from 1st week of june and only one thing is applicable at a time, either the wallet money or the promocode.
But today i. E on 8th june'16, i tried another booking then i saw both were applicable. So, i would request tivesaverz customer care to update their knowledge before assisting any customer. And for proof i am attaching the screenshots of my booking.
