I got my carpet cleaned from timesaverz, hyderabad. An agent called ankit attended to the service. The silk carpet is ruined, the strands pulled out, colours have run. And the response to the complaint was didn't you see it when it was done? They charged 950 rupees for a 10*1 carpet and i thought that their work would justify the price. Terrible service.

Hi I m writing this message to advise the management of Timesaverz the ridiculous service that I from your team.

I recently moved to Hyderbad with my family and took your service for the deep cleaning of the house. For the money that was spend by me (Rs 6000) for the deep cleaning as per quoted by someone sitting out of Mumbai from your organization, I did not get any of that service.

Service is pathetic, only time promptness was demonstrated when the service was sold. After that, innumerable calls but no service person coming in to help. On the suggested dates, there is an unending wait and after 4 attempts I am still waiting for the person to come in....

This must be the biggest joke of my life. Booked for house cleaning service on May 28th from 4 pm to 7 pm. They assign a ticket to some guy named Majid and then another person calls in and asks for address. I informed him that I have my 2 BHK cleaning to be done and it will require more than 2 people to have the job done. Then I receive calls from 4 pm onwards to get to the correct location. I got my AC installed through TimeSaverz (TimeWasterz) but their technicians did not fix it up properly which I realized after they left with installation fee.
