[Resolved]  Timesaverz — Regarding customer care

Hey!! I booked a wash and iron laundry around 22nd of May 2016. Because I go for work from 8am to 7pm, I communicated the pickup boy to take my laundry on either saturday or sunday. And after few days i got a message that my booking has been cancelled as per my request but i did not cancelled it. Anyway i called the customer care and there is a girl named UZMA SHAIKH, she assisted my call. I told her all my problems and she told me that she will be contacting me after an hour. I then told her that i have been very dissapointed earlier as whenever i used to call the customer care, they used to tell me that they will be calling me after an hour or more for solving my problem but never i had received any call from customer care. So, i told Uzma Shaikh to assure that she would be calling me after an hour and she responded positively. I waited for her call but she didn't. After 6-7 hours i myself called her again and luckily she received the call.I told her that i have been waiting for her call since the last few hours and she promised me that she will be calling me but she didn't.
But she directly lied and said that she was not the one i spoke to and she said she is another girl. After all she doesn't know when any one calls the customer care, you get a message about the person who assisted you.

Its quite embarrassing that after repeatedly calling the customer care..they don't respond at all..I am really dissapointed from timesaverz and yet my problem has not been solved.
