I got my carpet cleaned from timesaverz, hyderabad. An agent called ankit attended to the service. The silk carpet is ruined, the strands pulled out, colours have run. And the response to the complaint was didn't you see it when it was done? They charged 950 rupees for a 10*1 carpet and i thought that their work would justify the price. Terrible service.
It is 2 days since i have complained. The very same gent who cleaned it was being sent. When i asked for at least a supervisor, no response. I sent photos as well to pooja rudra who attended to my complaint
Btw, the agent told me that i could call him directly next time and i could save money, rather than go through timesaverz
