Product is ineffective, cockroach problem is not gone
Service is pathetic, only time promptness was demonstrated when the service was sold. After that, innumerable calls but no service person coming in to help. On the suggested dates, there is an unending wait and after 4 attempts I am still waiting for the person to come in.
