Timesaverz — Exaggerated quotes without relevance to the actual work

period of incident: 4th to 12th June 2015 Client number: [protected] (Rishi from Timesaverz) Since I believed that a plumbing and electrical work had to be carried out extensively in my row house I approached Timesaverz for their agent. The agent came and gave a quotation which was inclusive of the material involved for 1 day duration involving 3-4 people. Since the material described wasn't in too much detail I assumed that it would involve the replacement of quite a lot of material like flush tanks, wall cocks etc. But in the end only 2 guys came for 10hours and conducted work without any replacement at all. This was totally contrary and out-of-proportion to what their inspection suggested and the amount agreed upon by me. I initially had paid them Rs 5, 000/- and then another Rs 1, 000/-. But then they started harassing me for the 'full' payment of Rs 11, 115/- which was totally exaggerated in the first place. I did pay them the balance but was left with a lot of anguish on the exorbitant charges for so little a work in the first place.
