This must be the biggest joke of my life. Booked for house cleaning service on May 28th from 4 pm to 7 pm. They assign a ticket to some guy named Majid and then another person calls in and asks for address. I informed him that I have my 2 BHK cleaning to be done and it will require more than 2 people to have the job done. Then I receive calls from 4 pm onwards to get to the correct location. I realize that there is only one male and one female. Apart from them no one else is coming. We explained that this job can't be done by just two people. Even they agreed to the fact that this job requires more that two people. They the get in touch with the Customer Support team and their supervisor asking for more helping hands. Unfortunately, it was too late and we knew it could not be done that evening. So we plan the same thing for the next day morning i.e. May 29th at 10:00 am. We wait until 10:30 AM and then call up the Supervisor - Majid, he confirms that people are on the way and he disconnects.We wait until 12:30 PM, no one shows up...then we call up the customer care multiple times only to be fooled that the supervisor is arranging someone and will be there at your place asap.No one showed up...we still wait like fools...the Operations contact cannot do anything...spoke to Minal, Uzma, Alka...no one could help.No back up plan. Now when we are trying to call them up, not picking up the calls. Now we all know what kind of Incompetent services they are running. If the Services are incompenent, look at the people running it. May be Chaitali (AD) or B Upadhayay(D) can look into it and fire those who cannot do their jobs properly or you lose your business very soon if this is the case.We will surely take it up to the most high designations who will actually see how these people are violating ICA 1872. These guys have ruined our anniversary planning and will not let this go down.We know whom to contact if this is not going to be solved here.I strongly recommend all of you guys not to take the services from this company ever, these guys are just the worst and Iam sure your maids are far better than these people. Having a website and using big words will not make you a big and reputed company.Your services and the people who interact and solve the issues of your customer do.And look at the services and the people who are dealing in the company. WORST SERVICES EVER!!! RUINED THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY OF OUR LIVES. WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THESE WORST, FAKE AND INCOMPETENT SERVICES TO ANYONE. I AM READY TO PAY EXTRA TO ANY OTHER SERVICES INSTEAD OF WASTING MY TIME WITH SUCH A BUNCH OF JOKERS.COMPLETE UNPROFESSIONALISM. WASTED OUR WEEKEND SINCE SATURDAY AFTERNOON. I need to be compensated for lost time and money.
