I want to bring to your notice that I was engaged to get the job search through www.timesnaukri.com for overseas job and I paid huge amount nearly 1.65 lacs, after paying money there has been no single service from their end till date, but communication is still going on through telephone with following persons but there was no service till the date. Lately they are not taking any calls, but some nos are active and some are in active

• Mr Yash Mobile no [protected] and [protected]
• Mr Rahul Sharma and Mr Rohit Singh [protected]
• Ms Riya Das Mobile No.[protected] (Whatsup is active) & [protected] (Personality Development & Counselling) (Still Active mobile nos)
On 21st December 2018, there was a call from Mr Jatin Rawat, from Recruiters hub, used email id for the correspondence [protected]@gmail.com and introduced us that he is from Delhi verification department, Mobile no [protected] and he told us that Mr John Peter and Mr Yash has asked to do the complete refund of my payments of 1.13lacs on the 21st December 2018 evening and he pressurized to do within 5 min time to accept the refund request. The first amount he wanted to refund was around 43443.00 by kotak bank it had limited balance hence the transaction was failed due to insufficient balance and he asked me to accept second refund request of Rs 20, 560 around and I did the same with other debit card of Corporation Bank which had balance 27, 000 and when we accepted the refund using of Debit card and suddenly the 20, 560 was exhausted of from our account instead of crediting.
We immediately called Mr Jatin Rawat and asked him why he has done, his reply was it was our system failure and it will be reversed next day and he made to speak to his senior colleague and assured us the next morning he will credit the amount (20, 560) into our bank account. But instead he refused do the that and did not attend the calls until today, when we called him today, he attended the call but when we asked about the money, he had debited from our account, he denied it saying that it was not by him and immediately disconnected the phone. Honestly, we spoke to him personally today.
The same incident we discussed with Mr John Peters and his team and we asked him to how the information is leaked from their office, he said it must have happened in his absence and Mr John Peter said that he had lodge the complaint to trace. I am sending screen shots of the transaction of 21st December 2018 for your information and immediate action.
Tonight, 16 January 2019 I am continuing the brief complain letter because I am cheated by this fake job consultancy called www.timesnaukri.com, My name is Mr Rohit Pinto It was in the month of October 2018 when I got a call from Mr Rohit Sharma, he asked me whether I like to seek a overseas job on land, and the salary was attractive. The first service charge payment he took along with GST was for CV upload and verification, on 22nd October 2018, we got the receipt without any company registration no, when we asked him and Mr Rahul Sharma told that he will consult his finance team and let us know and later they were saying that it will be provided at the time of contract letter, now their phone nos are switched off. After that they arranged my conversation with a person name Mr John Peters who told he is a representative of hotel four seasons abroad. He asked me to select one of the locations of the hotel four seasons which was in Canada, Singapore and Dubai. After few days, Mr John peters took another payment of bond and assured me that after offer letter and going aborad I will get all the refund from the company. There was another person name Mr Yash who was also their associate but we doubted him because his voice was similar to Mr John Peters,
Mr John Peters called me once in December 2018 saying that my verification got rejected from the company saying that there wont be any explanations and asked me to pay for the second verification amount. By now I had already paid nearly 85000 to timesnaukri.com and did not receive any service in return in my email id. Suddenly, Mr John Peters disappeared for a week on calling back a new no was given to me call Mr Yash, I was also promised that I will seek the job by end of December 2018.
Then 21st December 2018, in the evening we got a call from Mr Jatin Rawat who introduced himself from Delhi Verification and debited Rs 20, 520 from our account which we lodge the complaint earlier which is for your information. I have sent you the complaint about him in the beginning of complaint letter.

0n 27th December 2018 Mr John Peters he called me and he told me that he had gone to his native place for some personal work, when we told him and Mr Yash that incident about Mr Jatin who debited the Rs 20520, they denied that saying they do not know this person and asked us his contact no and his recruitment address, after few days Mr John Peters told me that he has already lodge a complaint in the consumers forum and we requested to send the email information he said that he cannot provide as it is under scrutiny. Mr John Peter has not even refunded first verification payment which he was assured. When we asked him, how mr Jatin Rawath got a information, Mr John Peter told that the information leaked from his office table that means he was aware of everything. Few days he was calling me later to do the another payment of Eprofile again and social media where my own website will be created, I was reluctant to pay this amount but he assured me that this is the last payment from their side and again assured me that all the refund will be given by the appointed company. I saved all the messages send by him and emails which I will attach you in this message
I was assured by Mr. John Peters in my telephonic conversation, and the email which I will attach you, he will arrange the skype interview on 15th January2019 with hotel four seasons. Mr. John Peters also assured me that prior to my interview he will arrange my Personality Development course, and Interview counselling from the 8th of January 2019 where I will be easily able to crack the interview. He arranged a call with a lady name Riya Das, her mobile number is [protected]. On 03 2019 January Mr. John Peters messaged me last time on my mobile phone that he has arranged my conversation with Riya Das for the course, and Riya das called me the same evening confirming my Personality Development course from 8th January 2019. He even took money for the second time for Eprofile, and cover letter and Social media, the charges were nearly 26, 000, but this time he asked us to pay to www.divinerecuriters.com one of their official sites, before this all our charges he made in the site of www.timesnaukri.com but after that evening I did not get single call from Riya das for Personality Development. I Found out one more thing that when I was calling Riya Das thru true caller id the actual person using the number was Guddu KKR, He kept the phone immediately .After few days on 8th January 2019 when I finally managed to speak Mr. John Peters, and upon asking him why the course is not started he told that he is not aware of it, and again assured me that the course will start from 9th January 2019, that moment I found something fishy!!! And from that moment this Mr. John Peters and his associates are not taking my calls. I don’t have a receipt of the last payment they took of 26, 000. Lately on Querying on Facebook we found out that this company is a fake that is www.timesnaukri.com, we read messages from other latest victims. I know my hard earn money is gone. I brought this message to your notice; every word is true. I don’t want any more innocent job seekers to fall in their prey. I will send you all the previous bill invoices they charged me for the services. And I did not get a single service. Be aware of fraud companies, we should not encourage these culprits to fool the innocent citizens, immediate actions to be taken.
