TimesofMoney — amount deducted from bank but reward not credited in in game purchases (pubg)

Last night i purchased a combo pack from pubg mobile from tencent game (Limited pack_78), but after putting in all credentials rs.240 inr was deducted from my bank account but i didnot get the pack, kindly do the needful in resolving the same at the earliest.
