I have made an online SBI Netbanking payment of Rs 20945 from my SBI account whose last 4 digits are 5924, for a Nike Shoe through its official website Nike.com/in/ on 28 November 2022 at around 4 pm the payment was made in favour of TIMES OF MONEY LIMITED, but I didn't get any order confirmation nor I have received the refund of Rs 20945 till date.The transaction reference no is IGAOSMZHO0.
I request you to do the needful as soon as possible so that I can get my money back.

    I made online transaction dated 25/11/2022 and transaction no.IGAOSEAOG3, sbi through net banking, the amount of Rs. 10945.00 debited by account and the amount not yet received and the order placed was not successful and failed . so kindly look into this matter and refund my money back to my account.

          I had made a payment of Rs. 2000 on 27th November, 2022 towards my G Suite Basic subscription dues using the Pay Early facility ([protected]@sanchay.co.in). The payment was made using netbanking from the State Bank of India. The amount has been deducted from as per the transaction number [protected]IGAOSJYZP3. However, the amount is not reflected in my G Suite account and the dues are still shown as unpaid.

          Kindly refund the amount or credit it to the G Suite account.

                  Hello team,

                  This seems to be recurring issue - whenever I make a payment towards subscription - the last step is a 404 error. And I am being asked to wait for couple of days to reflect paid status in google subscription page.

                  This is a very negative impact on the customer experience. Instead of solving the complaints, why not resolve the issue - or take out the netbanking feature once of all ?

                              I made a purchase of Rs. 430 in the online game called Arknights. The money was deducted from my bank account but I did not get the item in the game, neither did I get the Google play receipt of the transaction.

                                    I am Apoorv Bansal. On 27th January 2022 I made a payment for Rs 520 to purchase points in Bus Simulator: Ultimate .Sadly the money was deducted from my account but purchase was cancelled hence I did not receive my points for which I have paid for. I contacted my bank and I was informed that the transaction was successful as the money has been transferred to the merchant successfully and I this case the merchant is TIMES OF MONEY PVT LTD.

                                    Hence I request times of money to refund my money as soon as possible as I don't want to spend on this game any more and I want my money refunded to my account as soon as possible. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
