TimesofMoney — didnt get money in pubg mobile

Sir i have purchased 799rs royal pass in pubg mobile through internet banking. But, i got money deducted in my bank but i didnt got uc cash to pubg mobile. I was worried about this. So, kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible and refund my money to my bank account. I have shared screenshot to transaction details. Please check it. Thanking you.

I purchased uc for 300 rs the purchase was cancelled automatically but the money was deducted from my account give me a refund or the uc
