TimesofMoney — Made 2 purchases successful but didn't get the units and crystals in the game

Made 2 purchases of INR 399 each so total of 798 the bank was deducted by the amount but I did not get the crystals and unit of the purchase
When I checked in detail the Google play store had no purchase but in the bank account there were the addresses of the purchases where the money went
