TimesofMoney — money deducted from bank but haven't received uc in pubg.

I used my state bank account to purchase 600 uc in pubg using my sbi netbanking account from my mobile. The amount got deducted from the bank account but i didn't receive any in-game cash or any message related to this. I didn't receive any mail thought my gmail account. I have zero information regarding this transfer. My google play store activity shows no recent purchases. I expect a refund or the 600 uc that i purchased in the game.
