TimesofMoney — money deducted twice without having the app purchased

Hi, yesterday on 6th Feb 2019, I have purchased "Quickshift Space" App from Therapeutic Listening site using Google Play account. The App was not purchased but the money was deducted twice as I have tried two times. Each time INR 916.88/- were deducted. So total deduction is INR 1833.76/-.

My Google App ID is apu.[protected]@gmail.com

Please refund my deducted money.
