[Resolved] TimesofMoney — Money return by my Bank account

Money return by my Bank account Transaction failed but money debited from bank account I tried to purchase a special air drop of garena free fire game costing rs 29.0 through net banking but a message was reflected that the transaction failed but money was debited from my bank account and I didn't get the product also. I am use State Bank Internet Banking. Reference No. for transaction INB txn of Rs.29 from A/c X6224 to Times of M... Ref#IGAJVOZJH5 on 15Nov2020. So I request to look into the matter and take necessary steps to resolve it either by crediting the amount to my bank account or providing me the product. Regards Yogesh Mob. Am purchased RS.800 bundle in Garena Free fire but didn't received diamond.so refund my money through net banking but a message was reflected that the transaction failed but money was debited from my bank account and I didn't get the product also
