[Resolved]  TimesofMoney — pubg uc purchase failed again

I bought a in-app purchased twice in pubg mobile on 9th July at 18:20 pm and 18:27 pm via Internet banking The amount was ₹240 each so a total of ₹480. I thought it didn't work the first time so I'd probably work if I tried it again but I soon realised that was a dumb thing to do.

The money was taken from my account but I didn't receive what I purchased both of the times. The money once again went to the TimesOfMoney but the purchase wasn't successful. I want a cashback to my account. I included the receipt of the payment as well

I tried to make a in app purchase today as well for 85₹ (it was a best value deal) guess what they took my money and didn't give me what I wanted again. You guys should really fix your stuff. I need that cashback to my account as well
